He indicated that once he provided an estimate, he could only apply discounts within 24 hours. As soon as I was off the phone, I received a text saying that my estimate was ready despite making an appointment for the following Monday at 11AM. It is not clear to me how they could provide an estimate when I they have not seen the issues with the lawn. What kind of service would I get when they have not seen what they are dealing with? Early Monday, I received a text and phone call from Ramon's manager that they would not be coming out to give an estimate. Manager convinced me to reschedule for Tuesday after noon. Received a text confirming appointment on Tuesday morning for 1PM. They were then a NO SHOW. WORST experience with a company. Headquarters needs to look into their operation in Sussex County DE.
