I went here to get a desperately needed haircut. The woman claimed she h ad been in the business for 20years . I explain exactly what a wanted in length and style. She cut my hair completely uneven. I pointed out her mistake at which time she said she was done being incomplete. The manager came over and tried to fix the mistake but said it was so far off that she would do the best she could. Love this place! We are on vacation here in Ft. Walton Beach and realized our 3 year old daughter needed a haircut. Looking on Yelp!, we found this place. When we went there were only two ladies working (Susie and Sue). There was a little bit of a wait since there were several people in front of us. But! They had a corner for kids! With a bin of toys, coloring books and crayons, etc. My daughter had a blast playing with everything. Sue was the one to give her the haircut and it was probably the best cut she has ever received. Sue really took her time, making sure everything was even and cut in a way to accommodate new growth. I was very impressed. To top it off, they gave her a lollipop AND a Popsicle. Seriously, my daughter thought she was in heaven and now wants to get her hair cut again today! Thank you, Sue! read more

This is easily one of the best barber shops I have ever been to! They're pretty affordable ($10 per haircut). I've been to expensive barbers that charge $30 for a haircut and cheap barbers like great clips and or the shops on military installations. I rarely would ever get a consistent remarkable haircut from other barber shops like I do here. Every barber here does an excellent job!. The waiting area may feel compact when there is a high volume of customers. That feeling isn't an issue once you leave with a nice haircut, and surprisingly some money left over inside your wallet. I tend to go to Jason, since he really takes his time and cuts my hair exactly how I want it! I'll be going here until the Air Force orders us to move somewhere else! read more

Susie has been cutting my hair since early or mid 2000's! The only time I get a haircut from another barber is when I'm out of town. They offer soft drinks to their customers. I gave the lady (who's name I never caught) some vague "little off the back and the sides" request and she manifested a perfect haircut, she was very nice and we chatted about traveling while she was cutting. Great, inexpensive hair cuts. All the ladies are wonderful and the hospitality is 5 star. I've been using them since 2002. Matter of fact I'm heading there this morning. First off make sure that you make a reservation because I did not and ended up waiting 30+ min. And they never let me know they just kept calling up people who came in after me, obviously they have lots of regulars. Also the lady who cut my hair was nice but she left a big chunk out in the back that my parents noticed and she did not tell me about. I was wandering why she didn't point the mirror to the back of my head. But all in all besides the wait and the mess up it was one of the best cuts I've had in a while. read more
