Purchased 1 month of lawn care from this company. For the first time that they tried to cut my lawn, their lawn mower could not fit through my gate. They tried to tear down my fence to get into my back yard. After stopping them they agreed to come back on the next Monday with a smaller mower. Then I did not hear from them for almost 2 and a half weeks when they finally showed up on Wednesday. I then waited for another 2 and a half weeks and heard nothing from them. I called and the person at the other end of the line acted like they never heard of me. But they asked me to send them my address. Still did not hear from them for almost a week. Finally had to call again and was told that because they did not have any other lawns in my area, they were not going to continue to service my address. When I asked why I was not called, the person on the other end of the line told me that it was not their job to call me.
