He graded our dirt driveway, topped it with crushed shell and compacted it. He also leveled our front walkway, bringing in fill were it was needed, then topping it with compacted crushed concrete fines. We can opt for further treatment of the walkway, with some pea gravel our stepping stones, but he said it should be suitable to leave it as is. I kind of like the rustic, beachy look! It suits the property. Not the least of which was the service he provided to fill, level and compact the area where we wanted to install our new stepping stone patio. His prep work made our DIY installation a breeze. When we were finished, he came back and compacted the patio so we could finish the job with polymeric sand. To top everything off, he helped us rehang our huge stag horn fern that has been sitting on the ground since Hurricane Milton blew it out of the tree in October of 2024. Ryan's a really nice guy, a local Chuluotan, very professional and very skilled. If you need any excavation, grading, land clearing, material hauling, tree services, junk removal, property management and construction preparation we highly recommend him.
