I came here to have my acrylic nails removed. I could have done a better job and caused less damage to my nails if I had done it at home. The man completing my service filed off the first layer and trimmed them (normal), but then PRYED the acrylic off my natural nails with a nail tip, cuticle trimmer, and nail clippers. This was incredibly painful and my nail beds are still in pain over 12 hours later. The reason I went to the salon to have my nails removed was to prevent unnecessary damage to my natural nails. Instead, I left with paper thin, irritated nails that are sensitive to essentially any touch. The pricing was fair. The work was adequate. Didn't like that the technician placed a light-cured top coat over the white nail tips. This YELLOWED the tips making them look dirty. White tips should never be light cured. I've done my own nails for years and this is the first thing i learned as an untrained DIY-er. read more

I used to go to Cute Nails when it first opened. I tried it a year ago and was unhappy with my nails but figured they weren't good because she rushed. So fast forward to 2 weeks ago, once again I thought I would try them. My toenails turned out fine. My fingers not so much, there is a lot of acrylic under my nails and they look they were done by someone who was inexperienced. Iv been comming here for yrs. The last 2 pedicure iv gotten, the older guy cut and hurt my toe,it hurt so bad I pulled my foot back and kinda yelled (oh f*ck) and all he said was you have messed up toe nails. I'm currently sitting here ,just got done with a pedi, and it looks like shit, and the guy made of my toes. And complained I had wierd toe nails to paint and rushed thru it and left alot of of unpainted areas. Called to schedule an appointment they said "Come in now we have availability" I showed up and there was 7 people getting pedicures with 2 workers. I waited 20 min before my pedicure started and once it started the worker stopped and I waited an hour for the rest of my pedicure. I waited an hour and still nobody came over to finish my pedicure. I did not have the time to sit there AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING so I walked out with half my pedicure done. I thought they would just charge me half price considering they didn't finish my service but they charged me FULL price. I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge this place is ridiculous and lies to customers about having availability. read more

I went there for my /birthday and the man that did my nails was watching some "show" on his phone for a good amount of the time.. when he did my nails he did a very sloppy job and was very rough.. I have stuff all over my fingers and it is hard to remove. The nails are very un even and he did not paint the whole part. I would not recommend going there ever. If you are looking for a Nail Salon that takes your appointments, but makes you sit while they service walk ins, and enjoy listening to the manager yell at his staff, while answering phone calls to excuse himself for 10 minutes to go pick up needed staff because he did not know how to staff on a Saturday morning, and then to show the technician (at the beginning of the appointment) exactly what you wanted, and at the end say Im sorry I forget what you want. Oh and the bonus is, the lady sitting next to me having her nails done (and the manager) kicks over a jug of something ( that clearly smelt of chemicals) and sprayed all over her shoes, Coach purse and clothes, and when she questioned it he said it was just water, Clearly it was not water for several patrons were complaining about the smell... The guy was yelling at me the whole time I was there. Cut my nails way to short.My friend was bleeding and has super glue on her. She can't get it off. She was getting slapped with the nail filler. I asked for a nude and got a super light pink. I have prom today and it messed it all up. They did the gel very bad. I am very disappointed because I paid $35 for this. read more

I wasn't asked to wash my hands between stages of dipped nails. There was no manicure.. cuticles, nail care, hand lotion. There were 2 tips added and those nails are bumpy and look like a water park slide! I left with powder on my hands and nails, no lotion.. I couldn't wait to get out! The equipment wasn't clean. Steer clear of Cute Nails. If I could give it 0 stars I would.Made an appointment for right when they open,for my daughter and my self to get dip mani's and a pedi's for both. Had to repeat ourselves over and over on what we wanted. My daughter is allergic to gel so they were also told this many times. They showed us to pedi chairs. Neither of the girls spoke any english so was hard to communicate what we wanted so lots of yelling around salon from other employees. While sitting in the tub chair another employee came over and gave my daughter a bowl of acetone to put on her lap to soak her nails. So now she has to try not to spill bowl while lady is doing her feet. Meanwhile man comes to my chair with dremel to start working on my hands. So now I'm trying to pay attention to what she is doing and what he is doing. He started the dip on my hands while in pedi chair and finished at workstation. When he finally got back to my daughter he kept on insisting that she should want the gel no matter how many times she told him she was allergic. Finally I said NO no gel. She can not have it. None of her nails have the same shape. Didn't even out the tops of nails and still again asked if she wanted gel top coat. The work station was dirty and we were the first in the door so they must not clean it every night. Will never go there again and will never recommend them. read more
