Even if that weren't the case; if a customer states they dont want their cuticles cut, then dont cut them. I've been giving my toes a break from the polish as its not good for the nails to constantly put polish on them. I just wanted polish on toes and shellac on my nails without cuticle clipping. When it was time to pick my color, the nail tech threw the color swatch on the table. No worries. Once my nails were done he didnt offer lotion or oil. He also didnt suggest to wash my hands so I did it anyway. He then hurried me to the pedicure station. Glad its over. Paid and even tipped, but not my usual tip. Wont return.

Walked into this clean and welcoming salon and was serviced by Kevin (there were three other women, one of them including his wife, working on other clients). From the beginning of my appointment to the end, he took great care of me and tended to my needs and desires for my mani-pedi. We had such great conversations and he did such a wonderful job. The prices are hard to beat for the quality service that you get.
