Stopped in here on a surprise day off hopping for some help with my poor feet. Haven't had a pedicure in about a year! They did not disappoint. The place is clean and quiet. Polishes are easily seen and the bottles are clean and full. Staff was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. The massage chair worked great and the technician applied the perfect amount of pressure and scrubbing on my feet. The massage was done with real lotion instead of oil which was a bonus! Terrible experience, I went and got and acrylic lay over on my toes and the guy with tattoos on his arm was very very rough with the Dremel and the file he cut my toes multiple times and even on the top of my toes when he was filing the side of my toes so I have a file burn and cut toes and I noticed right after I left and so I called them to see if I could get a refund and they said to come in so I did the next day because they were close to closing and so I went in the next day and showed them my toes to show they have been cut with the file and burnt with the file and the 2 guys that work there proceeded to tell me I was a liar and that he never even did my toes and I told him I have video evidence that he did my toes and that he cut my toes and then he got in my face and kept telling me that he never did it and if he ever cut my toes there would have been blood on the towel he used but he never used a towel to wipe the ends of my toes but he got in my face and told me to get out of his salon and to never come back then I went and told my mother in law and then she went in there and also confronted him and he was trying to grab her arm as he was yelling in her face telling us that we are just lying and to leave the salon and never return just overall terrible experience DONT GO YOUR TOES WILL BE CUT AND BURNT read more

Wow! I went to get a mani while still having a little acrylic on my nails and asked the tech to retain as much of it to give my weak nails strength. He said that I had two choices..a fill or complete removal of all acrylic. Not what I wanted. This male tech offered as much customer centered service as a wet dish rag. read more

Went in for pedi. Gentleman used a pumas stone across the TOP of both feet. No clue why. Have never had that done before. Scrubbed to the point of bleeding. I asked him to stop. My friend and I went to get a mani and spa pedicure. It was occupied by a lot of clients and we were seated right away. We did have an appointment. The man who finish my pedi bruised the top of my foot so bad that near my toes it turned black and blue and swelled up. My friend got her cuticle cut so bad it started bleeding. Seriously, DO NOT go here. These people do not know what they're doing. I had dip on my nails from a different salon and dude tried prying it off and almost ripped my nail off. That felt really great. I've had dip many times, and I've never had anyone ever try to just pull it/pop it off. Because there's no way it's coming off that easily, I asked him if he knew how to remove dip and he didn't say anything. It was obviously a no. I then explained that dip is always soaked before it is removed... he had me soak my entire fingertips in acetone. Yeah, real good for the skin. He also cut my nails in attempt to get the dip of without asking if I wanted them shorter. Another person came to dremel the dip off and this dumbass can't even handle that, she caught the edge of my nail and tore it half way down the nail. That's when I walked out. I was with my mom and the chick tried to tell my mom my nail was torn before they worked on them, as in, it was my fault. Lol. No. I had the dip on them for 5 weeks, they were not torn. She just wasn't looking while she was dremeling my nail, because she was talking to someone else in the salon. At least take responsibility for your mistakes. Additionally, I saw no cleaning/disinfecting whatsoever the entire time I was there. I had to ASK the guy if I should wash my hands before he started... He was not going to ask me to (this was during the height of Covid). All of the technicians were working on multiple people at once and switching in between people with no hand washing or sanitizing. Not like there's a pandemic going on or anything. I've never seen more incompetencies and I highly doubt they do anything to code, so only go here if you want to get a disease or infection. read more

I've had a rough week and was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. My experience here was mediocre. The woman who did my pedicure was a little rough while shaping and filing my nails, even when I told her a few times that I had sensitive feet. The water in the spa foot bath was lukewarm instead of hot. And she didn't confirm what service I had asked for and just started painting my nails. I realized that she wasn't doing the shellac like I had asked for over the phone while making my appointment, so she had to backtrack a little and then started on the shellac. Maybe she was having an "off" day, but my experience here was pretty disappointing. She did a gorgeous job on painting my nails and I'm thankful for her service, but overall I feel like it was more stressful than relaxing. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have gone to this nail salon many times. My daughter (7) loves to go and get pedicures on occasion. I went in to get her a gift certificate to get her a manicure and pedicure for christmas 2022. I paid the amount they told me would cover a manicure and pedicure for a 7 year old.. fast forward to January she wants to use her gift card. I call and ask for a mani & pedi for my daughter and myself an adult pedicure. (Appointments were scheduled) They did her pedicure then they were supposed to do a manicure, but instead they just painted her nails. They trimmed her nails leaving sharp edges and they left dirt under nails. The dirt left under the nails could be seen through the fingernail polish. I had to ask to have that fixed. When I go up to pay they wanted to use the whole amount of my gift card. When I tried to explain that she didn't get a manicure. This gift card was supposed to cover both and mani and a pedi, not just a nail paint. As i tried to explain this to the staff saying the gift card was for a manicure which includes nail shaping, cuticle care, lotion, and a nail paint. That this was the service I bought when I paid for the gift card. They charged me a kids manicure price for a fingernail paint. If I hadn't stopped a teenage boy working there we would have left with dirt under her nails. They declined my request to be charged for just a nail paint took my gift card and then yelled at me to pay for my adult pedicure and leave. I like the color I chose and that's about it. I called a while ago to schedule an appointment for a full set of acrylic manicure, and the guy scheduled me 30 minutes before close. I walked in and everyone was busy and I didn't even get started until 6:45. The woman who did my nails rushed through everything and the polish looks so sloppy. I asked when she started if I was getting acrylics (since that is what I scheduled for) and she said yes. My nails were nice and long and I had taken such good care of them and she filed them all down to the skin basically. She ended up ignoring that I asked and scheduled for acrylic and she painted shellac on. Don't schedule people 30 minutes before close if you know you're not open and can't handle that. read more

Best place in town to get quality beautiful acrylic nails. However they are very rough on your hands , rough filing . I recommend when you have to have a set taken off you do it yourself they just use an acrylic tip to flip it off your natural nail and is soo painful! However the quality of nail is always beautiful and well done! I did ask for specific colors but they didn't listen and said just try it and put it on my nail until I had to repeat myself three times I did not want that color and speak in a firm voice, until they walked away and got another color without saying anything. read more

Came here for a pedicure and the guy (male with glasses) was SUPER aggressive and that's coming from someone who usually prefers services to be more aggressive. I only pulled my jeans 3/4 up my calf because they were new and distressed on the cuff so I didn't want the distressed part to rip more, well he grabbed them and yanked them up to my knee then after my massage yanked them back down, not sliding well because of the lotion, and actually ended up ripping my jeans. He filed off the shellac on my right foot and was going really fast and cut my skin. Then it burned the cut when he put acetone on my toes. Then on my left foot just ripped the shellac off instead of filing and it ended up pulling off a large section of my big toe nail. During the massage he was punching my calves and then tossed my ankle back and forth so my foot was flying around. He grabbed each toe and pulled on it until it popped. It hurt so I asked him not to do the other foot and he still did. He asked if I wanted my toe nails cut and I said no since I had just done them a couple days before and he ended up cutting them with cuticle trimmers and was digging on the sides of my toes so if I get ingrown toe nails in the next little bit I'm sure it will be from him. read more
