This place is right next to Angie's diner and the parking is located in the back. I called on Monday midday and had an appointment for a trim with Deyanira on Wednesday. After my trim and our conversation I decided to book another appointment to get some highlights to hide my grey/white. I was able to make an appointment for Friday and it was nothing but enjoyable. I LOVE my artist and she really listed to what I wanted and made it happen. The shop is nice as well and they have complementary water and coffee out in the open in front. Everyone is super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. If you need a new artist go see Deyanira and she will take care of you! She is new to the area as well and an awesome addition to this shop. She is def my stylist here in Logan!

Ended with a maybe 90 sec massage. worst pedicure ever. I paid $50 for them to paint my nails. I never leave reviews, but this was so bad i felt like I needed to warn people. I wish I could show a picture of my heels so you could see they look dry and cracked as I came in.

The girl who cut my hair was kind of rude and wasn't even going to straighten or style my hair until I asked. When I asked her any questions about hair care she said "I don't know". On top of this, I absolutely hate my haircut. I brought in pictures and asked if the cut would work with my hair (she said, "it's really all preference"...?) and it apparently doesn't.

The only reason I was late was due to massive construction at USU (where I worked, which I warned her of), which you could not predict, and I was only 10 minutes late both times. She claims I was 15+ minutes late but I was not. In any case, she had time to do them, but refused stating she had another customer coming too soon. (She had always done my nails in slightly over an hour, she had time. And she never would've booked someone that quick after me, there wasn't time even if I was on time.) Plus, I rearranged my schedule, often last minute, for her trips and family stuff. This was 2 days before leaving for my 20th anniversary trip to Turks & Caicos, which she knew! No customer loyalty or consideration at all!

My second time was with Rylan, at your salon. I was so very happy! They lasted two weeks so I came back two weeks later and again happy.  I make my schedule as I go because I'm On Call at the hospital in Emergency.  My last appointment with Rylan, I was in the snow standing outside your office, I had rode my Can Am Spyder motorcycle. It's a $25,000 motorcycle for nice people, not low class mess. It got to 10:10 am and the salon was still closed. My appointment was at 10am. I'm freezing. I finally get a text from Rylan that she's sick and sorry for the late text. I text her the time, my appt time, my situation, sorry she was sick, and to reschedule me when she has time. Never once a impolite word. I try to make an appointment because I waited three days for a call. Your Square appts says she had an opening, so I make an appointment. A day later I get a decline in my appointment with no information. Abandoned by anyone caring of a customer left literally in the snow with no appointment and a month and a half old. Not a problem person, not poor, I tipped $20 last time, a good customer and hard worker with a good reputation in the clinical work force community. So I texted Rylan, texted her that I had not heard from her in three days and her scheduler was broke. She texts short and sweet, Not an apology but she had something come up and she's not taking clients??? Well, Happy your company could make money money off me then throw me away in the cold, literally in the snow........!!!!!!!!!!!!
