Also, for example, the owner's daughter was the one who'd never pay attention, do cartwheels while the other ones were trying to "earn their spot"!! She was super disruptive, yet she managed to be front and center. They let her do whatever she wanted. The other daughter, a baby at the time, would run in and out of the rooms during class and the teachers would hold her while instructing!! Bullying is not tolerated and was the very reason that you and your family were asked to leave. This studio instills values like kindness, gratitude, and sportsmanship. I see the kids who show up everyday, take corrections and pay attention in class excelling as dancers, EARNING their spot in the front or earning solos. This dance studio attracts the type of people you want to be your life long friends. There are many dance studios to choose from, especially in Southern California, but keep in mind that with exceptional training should also be exceptional life lessons for your children. We have been here six years and would not keep coming back if I didn't think this was the best possible place for not just my kids, but our family. Bullying is not tolerated, and when problems are expressed they are dealt with immediately. Standards are high here and those who don't belong because of low standards and the inability to raise their children how to behave are quickly weeded out. Attitude is everything. Those kids were foster kids who were having probably one of the first positive experiences of their lives and everyone at the studio seemed to understand that but you. The studio owner is one of the most loving and selfless people you will ever meet and had opened her heart and home to those girls. . She loves all the kids but those kids needed special attention at that particular time and we all gave it to them. This studio turned my kids' life around, giving them confidence to do better in school and life through the lessons taught in that studio. But if your worried about if your kid is in front or if they are getting everyone's attention, you're missing the point. read more

First of all WOW!!! My daughter has been dancing for about 4 years at a previous studio and it became time for her to move on to a place that was more advanced. This studio has blown us away in just the three short months that she has been there. Her technique is off the charts, and here's the best part, she is so excited and happy to be here that she literally counts down the minutes until her next class. Additionally, the staff here are INCREDIBLE! Such a positive and happy environment but yet they still maintain control of the kids so that they learn. They are organized and precise and give plenty of ample information so that you are never left in a lark. I also appreciate their honesty and I trust Patrice's expertise and experience when evaluating my daughter's skill level. My daughter has yet to experience any negativity from any of the other dancers and feels as equal to those around her. Not every studio is for everyone but if you are looking for quality instruction, positive environment, and potential opportunities, than this is the place for you. Fees are more than fair! Please spend you time and your energy elsewhere. We danced here with my two daughters for nearly a year. Very sad to have to agree with other people posting about favoritism. We had a few very nice teachers and one very terrible teacher. The owner herself after my daughter was clearly bullied by one of the "favorites" was then harassed further by her. My daughter asked to stand by another student to get away from her and she was then placed in the corner. She's age 7. When she began to cry she was brought out into the lobby from her audition and told that she wasn't GOOD ENOUGH TO DANCE THERE by the owner. When I tried politely to diffuse the situation and calm my daughter down. I was told my family was NO LONGER WELCOME THERE. That being said my daughters had never had any disciplinary problems the whole time they attended. And literally having a older student who competes on several of the teams. Harass my child and then corner her and block her in saying deplorable things stay and still be allowed to audition after her 15min temper tantrum in the hall is deplorable. Patrice B should be ashamed at how she runs her studio. When you act like you SHI@ don't smell...it usually smells the worse. Humiliating a child and allowing that child the satisfaction of intimidating a child is disgraceful. This place is all about your money and the trophy! They don't care about you unless your paying for everything they can get you in. Look elsewhere! read more

We've been at this studio almost 4 years, 3 recitals and just recently joined the competition team. We've been welcomed with open arms since the very beginning. All of the teachers are so kind and patient. They make it their priority to not only teach dance but instill positive values. There is so much love, support and good sportsmanship found here, I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else. My daughter started off so shy and has really come out of her shell thanks to the belief and confidence instilled in her by all of her teachers. My kids have been going to this studio since they were 2 years old and I have never had an experience less than amazing. My kids are now 6, 6 and 4. The owners were very welcoming when we joined the studio. The teachers and staff is the perfect combination of stern and sweet, which is perfect for my kids since they are always testing their boundaries. The parents and kids at this studio is also amazing! This is my daughter's dance studio and has been now for 9 years. This studio is AMAZING. The staff is sweet and professional and the facility is clean and organized. Just look for Amy at the front desk, she is such a big help and knows everybody by name. It is the most welcoming place to be. I used to love to just watch the children dance before covid stopped allowing us in. This is definitely my daughter's second home. She is free to be herself while learning every dance style. Ms Patrice has become her mentor and made her senior year as special as she could considering this darn pandemic. I encourage anybody to send their children and join the competition team. We win BIG TIME and the feeling of being a winner is awesome. This place is a hate free zone.
