This is a good hairdressers in a handy location at the top of Yarm Road in Darlington opposite the retail park. There is plenty of parking in the street next door. With regard the hairdressing, there is plenty of room and can be up to ten people being dealt with at once. In addition to this there are facilities for tanning, waxing and manicures. It is worth noting that for waxing you need to go upstairs so not so really possible if you are not mobile. Staff are friendly and in my experience give good advice if you are as indecisive as me. Prices are reasonable and certainly not in the league of some of the town centre salons. read more

I would advise anyone who needs eyebrow waxing/tinting to look elsewhere. I had mine done and have never been so disappointed. The woman left me with huge scabs inbetween my eyebrows from where she had waxed too much, and my eyebrows are barely visible. At first she made me look like a clown with the tinting until i told her to take the tinting off as it was way too much but she decided to take my actual eyebrows off instead. The whole thing was a disaster from start to finish and now I look ridiculous. If you don't want to suffer the same fate, i'd stay clear. read more
