Yea: The appointment setting was easy and I didn't wait long after arrival. It's an interesting space that feels like it was probably once a residence. Nay: I was there to get an updo for a wedding and at the wedding, found I was happier with the hair of other guests who went to the competing salon in the same area.

None of what he says…read moreis true, I texted and told him I was available EVERY day at ANY time except one (because of Graduation). He texted me saying he had an availability on the exception day. He listens/reads SO well. That was the only time he made any offer, so he's lying. No, I did not box color my hair a week before I saw him. He's either confusing me with someone else or outright LYING. You'll notice what he doesn't address is why he CHOSE TO CREATE A CONFLICT IN THE FIRST PLACE. He's the business owner, so he can stay after hours to make-up for the appointment HE CANCELLED. So what if it was 5pm? Plenty of salons stay open until 6 or 7, especially if they don't even open until 11am. Another note, a colleague of mine gets her hair cut by him. He contacted her at the last minute this week(August) saying he had to cancel her appointment because of what happened between him and I (in May). I had NOT told her, so she was confused. Why would he do that? She had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF IT !! I guess in his eyes, he thinks its ok to punish my co-workers?? Where is the logic in that?? BTW he wasn't professional when he called me 4 times today harassing me.....He called me a cross eyed turkey neck. Really professional, right? I have never given a business a 1 star review, let alone two one star reviews, but he obviously doesn't care about his current clients, future clients, nor growing his business. My co-worker, who now knows the facts, wouldn't go back to him now even if she was desperate. Do you think she's going to recommend him? Do you think disrespecting 2 well respected women in a small community will help his business? If this is how you were treated wouldn't you tell other women of your experience and warn them to stay away? In summary, all he had to do was admit he created a conflict and then stay late one evening for 1.5 hours to make the situation right, but apparently, it would have just been too much...
