This has to be the worst barber if your white and dont speak Spanish. Rude. Walked in and everyone went quiet or only spoke Spanish. Always went to carls in weston. Will be going back to them. My wife had to fix the hair cut and finish the proper barbers shave on my neck. They lie about using a razor here also. Thankfully they dont use one because they arent skilled enough to. This is a front and ICE should say howdy! Otherwise they are racist. All the veterans I know will be informed to never come here. read more

Learn Spanish before you come here. I've came dozens of times and always got the same cut, this time I asked for 1 and a half INCHES off the top, the barber barely spoke English and thought I wanted a 1 and a half GUARD. So now I have a buzz for the coldest month in Florida. read more

Although they give decent hair cuts, no matter how many times I set up an appointment , they never take care of me at the time of the appt. Most of the barbers work really slow and entertain their phones too much and they close too early. read more

Called to make sure they were open being it was Sunday, they confirmed. Drove 25 minutes, walked in at opening, there was one client in the chair. The barber didn't even let me get through the door before putting his hand up and saying we're closed and not taking anyone. Shame cause I only needed a 5 minute trim and was willing to pay extra. 1 star is not for work quality which was bad by the way but for customer service. "Stylist"-young guy probably doesn't have enough experience and wasn't able to fix his mistake-he tried to level and went too far. I'm quiet about whole "haircut"-my son never had anything like this on his head. All that because it had to be done with scissors but not trimmer. Didn't ask for help when received negative review. I didn't want to complain to no one and went to cashier to pay knowing this "haircut" will be fixed at place we always go. While paying the bill I was approached by someone in charge(?) and was asked :"what happened to his hair? How do you comb?" When I asked if that looks to him a haircut he replied:"don't say when you don't know what you saying"... I just left without word after I paid. Appeared like an owner was there as well but I didn't hear a word of apology. All had to be done-be polite and fix mistake which would take less than a minute. read more

This review is to contradict the bad review provided by MK earlier today. MK, I was at the barbershop with my son when you went to pay for the haircut. I observed what happened from a neutral angle. Here is what I have to say about your review....If you wanted a specific style of hair cut for your son or relative then any smart consumer would have given instructions to the barber in advance so he could follow instructions. Based on what I heard when you were paying for services......and you did not dispute.......You did not provide initial instructions for the hair cut style. In addition, while you were paying and started to complaint about the service, Mike (Owner) tried to intervene so he could accommodate your needs. You did not even let Mike speak and abruptly walked away from the location. For what is worth, this has been my experience at Quality Barbershop. All barbers at this location are very dedicated and customer service oriented. If you give them a chance they will go above and beyond to accommodate your hair cut style. Mike has been my barber and my son barber for the last 10 years. I have also been helped by many other barbers at these location while Mike has been on vacation. They all work together to please their customers, I would not go to any other barbershop because they have become friends and family over the years. MK, it may be logical for you to continue going to the other place you have always go for hair cuts. I asked the barber for a very low taper and he cut my hair all the way up including the top, I asked him more than one time if he understood what I wanted he said yes but unfortunately he did not did a good job because he didn't know what a low taper is. Is just hair will grow back but I'm not coming back to this place( sad) read more

Good haircut. Very down to earth barber shop - no gimmicks, no pressure. Very reasonable prices (the owner even made an adjustment on my ticket since my cut was "easy". Even though they are old school in customer service and quality, they are still up to date with the latest hair styles and techniques. Prices are very reasonable. I had a cut with Lazaro. He did a great job and I learned more information about the area. The shop can do a full range of cuts for all ages and styles. While I was there I saw ages from 5 - 65 there. I don't understand the dollar signs but I thought it was a really reasonable price. read more
