Our house is ~120 years old, and we've worked with many contractors over the years while renovating and updating. True Crew has been hands down our best experience. They were attentive to our needs, and helped guide us to wonderful new windows and front door for our house. Their communication was top notch, and when they said they were going to do something, they did it. Their pricing was extremely fair, and they didn't use the same high-pressure or gimmicky tactics that other companies used. The guys who handled the installation were friendly, prompt, and took extra care to ensure every window and the front door were properly installed. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them. If you're shopping for windows, save yourself the sales pitches I endured and call True Crew. You won't regret it. 10 stars.

Never did get that call. Cancelled the estimate. Reasoning: If you don't do what you promise while you are trying to sell me something, how unreliable are you going to be once I sign on the dotted line?

Came out today and finished installing the metal piece and replaced some wood trim on one of my windows and painted the trim. Saved money from another company's quote and did a good job and would recommend him to anyone looking for roof repair.

This review is about 12 years past due…read more Back in 2004 my mother who lived in Butler Tarkingon decided to have her driveway widened. I was still an Angie's List member at the time (Pre-Yelp) and thought it was a good idea. Unfortunately my mother is far from the wisest person in the world. So after I did my initial research I recommended Adam Construction and 2 other companies from the list. Alas, my mom decided to employ her friends unlicensed husband to do the work... Seriously. I'm not creative enough to make this stuff up. After this guy (My mom's friend's husband) butchered my mother's don't yards and left a giant pit where the driveway once was. Then disappeared without a trace after mom dropped 7 grand on this guy. I hunted him down and found out he left town because they were divorcing. Nice to know this before hiring this guy. Some friends are not real friends right. So I came out of pocket to fix my mom's problem with her last smash successful (NOT) attempt. Adam was quick to reply and send an estimator. Within a week they fixed what the other guy did and finished the driveway and retainer walks within the next week. Plus they were way cheaper than some jack ass that my mother knew. I still recommend them to friends and family every time I hear of a project going down. They are great. Al knows how to find people who can do the job right the first time. If you need it done give them a call.

I am not sure if "Adams Construction" did this or "#1 Roofing" (that is technically has an office…read morein a home on 29th street) but either way I was not happy. I made the check out to Adams but they wanted to the insurance check to be made out to # 1 roofing which is headquarters in a home. The contact was very vague so after the roof was done I owed way more money. They over charged me (I had gotten a quote for almost $4,000 less before) for my roof. Did very shady things with the insurance company as well. The only thing I will give them (not the guy I worked with) is the workers who came to do the roof worked very hard and did a good job (at least from looking at it). Otherwise everything else was a mess and shady. I will never work with them again.
