My issue with this Walgreens, as well as the CVS across the street from it, is getting in and out of the place. That 801 and 158 interaction is busy as hell. I assume hell is busy anyway. Lots of bad people have come and gone, and still trickling in to the place. Sorry, back to Walgreens. You can only enter from 801 northbound or 158 westbound. Getting out is worse, depending on the direction back to your house.

I was in the process of transferring my prescription from Amazon to this CVS location, and the process includes CVS having to call Amazon. I did my due diligence and I called at 10 AM to get my prescription transferred, and they said they would give Amazon a call. I gave them eight hours to call them and I called CVS back to make sure the prescription had been transferred successfully, they notified me they were unable to get the prescription transfer due to Amazon's negligence, I ended up giving Amazon a call myself and someone promptly answered, they notified me CVS never called them. I decided it was best to speak in person and I had to drive all the way to CVS pharmacy just for them to be closed. Mind you I did not receive a call from CVS saying what happened with Amazon or anything. They put me on a wild goose chase! Terrible and careless customer service from this CVS pharmacy and I will be going with Walgreens from now on! I'm not sure how any of these pharmacy techs got their job, if you don't know how to complete a simple phone call I'm not sure how you can be trusted with medications and such, how irresponsible!

The chickpeas were plentiful, but were without much taste, even when the dressing was applied, because the dressing was very bland, as was the feta cheese. Seemed a bit understaffed with one person but that staff member was so helpful and friendly. Apparently not working with insurance reimbursements at this time however, but appeared to be stocked with lots of patient/home care needs to purchase. The Deets: Out for a weekend lunch, we were discussing how it would be good for us to start investigating getting a cane to assist my father's mobility. By chance at the restaurant, there was someone with a cane there that actually informed us that they got the cane next door to the restaurant we were at...what are the chances? So we went next door after our meal and discovered Dove Medical Supply, a retail health/medical needs store. They were a good sized store with lots of things for patient/home care assistance with hospital beds, trach supplies, urology supplies, ostomy supplies, seat and patient lift, orthopedic needs, patient care needs and other things including patient mobility supply such as medical scooters, walkers, and canes. They had a great number of different cane styles along the wall and an associate came over to help answer questions and guide us to our cane of choice. The associate was very positive, upbeat, and helpful. But she had her hands full multiple customers coming in at once. This timing lead to a good line at checkout and again this solo associate rang up each one. I'd say she needs some help there, at least one person handling the floor while another at the checkout would greatly help. Again though, this lone associate was extremely nice through every transaction. I will note that they do not work with insurance currently so there is no insurance reimbursement available at this time, a bit disappointing. My father really likes his cane and thinks the choice was the best one for him. Dove Medical Supply appeared just when needed and helped us out!

You could get here if you are an I40 traveller but there are closer gas stations. Inside in clean. Several pumps here. No issues with the store. Gas pumps are pay at the pump, which most these days are. I had a stranger ask me for money here once. I filled up his tank instead, then bought him some gas. It was good to know I made a difference.
