Drug stores arent always convenient, but this one is in nearly every way. It's on the corner on the way to Disneyland from some of the most popular mid tier hotels in the area. They have a little bit of everything and you can pretty much get whatever you need/was left at home. There are some groceries, fresh food, tons of beverages and snacks to choose from. This is a large 24-hour CVS, and I found it to be chock full of essentials. I was staying at the Hilton about a mile (maybe less) away, and I wanted to get some water and snacks. This CVS has special rows dedicated to everything vacationers might need: strollers, sunscreen, hats, band-aids, chairs, pool floaties, cups, alcohol--you name it! They have two locations for check out, and when the line started getting long, they ACTUALLY CALLED UP EMPLOYEES TO WORK. They didn't let the lines grow into a monstrous snake. Clean CVS. Was staying in the area recently and came upon here. I'm not sure if this location is new or not, but it's pretty sizable and clean. It almost looks like they just opened up days ago. They're located about a block or two from the Disneyland entrance, so of course they have Disney merchandise all over the store and prominently displayed in the windows. If you didn't know the name CVS or what it was, you'd think it was just a Disney gift store. They're open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late Disney guests or employees, hotel guests in the area, and for locals who may need something in the late/early hours. The employees were very friendly and vibrant when I walked in. Greeted at the door with a legit smile, which has never happened in all the CVS locations I've ever been to - and I've been to quite a lot in different states. As I walked around, I was asked if I needed help (I never do) several times by different people who actually seemed to be happy to work there. What a concept! I wish the CVS locations near me hired the same people this place has instead of the miserable, lethargic, drag employees that they do. You'll probably find most of what you're need. The layout is generally the same as most CVS locations - just more space is made for the Disney stuff. I didn't buy anything since they didn't have when I needed (a backpack that wasn't luggage or meant for a 5 year old - since mine ripped), so I'm not sure what the pricing is in here. So especially if you're staying in the hotels in the area, this can be very convenient for you. If you're on your way to Disney or for something at the Convention Center, chances are you'll find the essential that you may need. read more

My review is solely for the pharmacy and manager pharmacist. I went to this location bc while At my doctor appointment they made me pick a pharmacy to send my medication somewhere and since this place was close to my house and had good reviews I choose this location. The next day I got an txt alert from cvs that they received and that they are working on my order. Next day they said it was ready for pick up . It was the weekend and I wasn't in town so I picked it up the day after that . When I get there the pharmacist who is the manager gave me such a hassle with my insurance card. I have always gone to random pharmacist to get my medications and I've never ever had an issue. She was saying why does it knot say my husbands name and if I had my own card. I said we get two cards for our whole family and it's never been an issue. She kept asking my birthday and I told her multiple times , after her having issues I told her it was under my husbands date of birth and she thought that was weird and didn't believe me. She decided to call my doctor and talked to them for awhile. I didn't hear the whole conversation bc I had my kids with me and was occupied and frustrated it was taking so damn long when I was the only customer. She finally figures it out and says sorry . I get a call an hr later from my doctors office saying that the pharmacy didn't have the right medication so I was given something else!!! ARE U SERIOUS!? Why the hell would they txt me multiple times saying it was ready when they didn't have it !?! I'm so annoyed Never going here ever again for the pharmacy atleast. read more

Super convenient location about a block from Disneyland (corner of S Harbor and Katella) to grab the necessities...they have snacks, alcohol, medication and super cheap water. We scored a great deal- 15 bottles of water for $2.99! We walked here from our hotel so I'm not sure where the parking lot is but the cashier told us they did have one. They also have self checkouts as well. The staff was friendly and helped us at the self-checkout. They're open 24 hours which is awesome for what ifs, just in case, uh ohs and I'm hungry! read more

Person working the front register right now was so unfriendly...I came in to pick up photos and wasn't acknowledged for a good 15 secs standing right in front of her. Then I told her that I needed to pick up photos after seeming irritated with me asking what I needed. I then pay for my photos and at the end she shoved the photos towards me a little. My partner came back in because a photo was missing from my order that I was charged for and she was irritated with him too. I understand having bad days, but it's not cool to make everyone else's day bad just because you're having one. I don't want anything to happen to her or her job status, it's just not cool to treat people like burdens when you have to do your job. It's our anniversary and that didn't feel great. Now my day feels crummy too. Hope her mood gets better. read more

Came here to pick up a charger and a few things. To my surprise, I found the Canadian Crown Royal Rye which is sold out everywhere after it was listed as the best whisky in the world. I am surprise they have plenty. This place is somewhat tailored to tourist. They have souvenir items that you can get. Like Mickey mouse toy, in case you didn't pick up any at Disney Land and also they have selfie sticks etc. Its like a big convenient store. Things are not cheap here and there are not a lot of parking. So your biggest issue would be parking. I do like shopping here but I do find their things more expensive. read more

I went in because I had my ear blocked and it was hurting. Found out I had a lot but I came here and they helped me out. Setting the appointment was easy and quick and they helped me take out all the ear wax out. Good chain overall, especially if you insurance is CVS Caremark. There are two applications that you can use. One is CVS pharmacy, second is CVS Caremark. You can use CVS pharmacy application to refill your medications online. Add your cell phone number to your CVS account. You will receive text when your prescription is ready for pick up. Pick up your medications using CVS pharmacy app in drive-through and in person. Never subscribe to automatic refills because your insurance allows three months refills in 2 1/2 months. Try to pick up all your prescription medications on the same day, so you can avoid multiple trips to the pharmacy. You can use CVS pharmacy for your flu or other vaccinations, especially if they are covered by your insurance. CVS pharmacy clinic is an alternative to your health network e-visit . It is quick and inexpensive. You can register for CVS clinic visit online to avoid a wait for your appointment. read more

With multiple drugstores on the same block to choose from, I've found that CVS Pharmacy carries exactly what I need. From the moment you step inside CVS, you notice how large, bright, and clean this location is. Every time I visit, a member of the staff welcomes me and asks if there is anything they can help me find. That kind of treatment nowadays can be hard to come by, so it's nice they continue to provide such great customer service. They have everything you can expect from a drugstore, plus much, much more. They have a great variety of medicines, snacks, and even frozen goods. A full pharmacy runs along the back of the store, which is always fully staffed and available for walk-up consultations. Since the CVS is located close to Disneyland, California Adventure, and multiple hotel chains, they have a great selection of local touristy items (Disney & Marvel products) as well as everyday essentials. This location can get pretty busy but with a handful of self-checkout machines, you're always able to get in and out in a timely manner. If you're in the need of food, snacks, medicine or anything in between, make CVS your choice. read more

I was quite excited when they open this CVS because is soooooo convenient for me (and all the Disney tourists, but really I was thinking about myself lol ) and like every new establishment the place is absolutely impeccable! And again they cater to the visitors to the "Happiest place on earth" (and me haha) This CVS is specially well stocked, the variety of merchandise is pretty wide, every except Rx: I tried to refill a pretty common prescription and they didn't have enough pills :/ But oh well I forgive them! I can get wine, ice cream, magazines, make up anytime I want, 24/7 and that's more important. Not that I do it at wicked hours, but at least I know I can do it if I want... that's the idea Also their staff is very nice and attentive. Kudos to them as well! read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review on CVS, but this is the BEST CVS I've ever been to. Super clean, (even the bathroom was clean) super organized, a huge selection, very helpful staff, has food (fresh fruit) and booze. Way better than most of the Wal-Mart's I've been to as far as selection goes. Truly a one- stop-shop, wonderful skin care department that carries lines. I.e. Vichy, la roche, etc. Can't find those lines at any other CVS stores. A message to CVS corporate: Please revamp all of your CVS stores to make them as nice as this one. read more

In town for Disneyland, needed some essential oils for an urgent issue. This place was close to our hotel so I walked over to see what they had. I was greeted and asked if I needed help various times. Usually I believe I am greeted because, as a person of color, it is a stereotype that I am likely to shoplift. However, I notice the associates hounding everyone so I didn't feel offended, lol! They had EOs and the last thing I needed for my blend was a glass jar. Nothing off that sort was to be found, so my mother suggested we ask the pharmacist/tech. We approached the pharmacy and a young woman named Christine helped us out. I asked if she had a small jar for some oils and she finally found one that worked for me. I am so grateful for her and the great customer service here! read more

Only constructive feedback is line up system for the cashier can be improved...difficult to gauge one line then go to first available cashier or line up for each cash register...also, parking entrance off S Harbor doesn't clearly state for CVS, looks like entrance to hotel...should have a clear "CVS parking" sign. Apparently this location is new which is probably why it's so clean. It's nice that it was less than a block from the Sheraton. Came here for typical vacation stuff... sunscreen, q-tips, various toiletries. All were easily found and reasonably priced. Also bought several fresh fruit bowls during our stay. The CVS pharmacist, Tina Vo, is the kindest pharmacist I have even seen. Whenever I go there for my immunization vaccines, It was always her by herself during busiest time. It was so busy, but she makes sure everyone knows that she acknowledges their presence and kept apologizing for the wait (not her fault, she got no helps). So when I was done with my shot by Ms Vo, she had to run to other customers right away, but then she noticed this elderly man knees on the floor waiting in line. I guess he was tired from standing too long, she ran to the waiting area, picked up a chair and brought it over to the elder man, and offered him a seat, then she ran to help others. She is so kind, knowledgeable and I would love to go there for her service every time now. read more

I actually had stopped going to CVS because the ones by my house were run down and always out of stock with what I needed. Ventured over to this one on lunch one day and I was impressed! Beautiful clean store with shelves fully stocked. The staff is super nice too and even helped me with the self checkout. It looks like there's no parking at first but there's a lot behind it on harbor between the two hotels. There aren't a ton of spots so they might fill up during busy times. Glad to know there's a CVS somewhere that's actually pleasant to shop in. read more

Horrible customer service. Called the store to verify an item was in stock. Employee placed the wrong items on hold. They did not have what I needed in stock. This was after I checked online and visted 2 other CVS stores. The employee named Fernando was so incompetent. He has no customer service training and states it was a "misunderstanding." This trip to CVS was nothing but frustration and a waste of time trying to find what I needed at this location. Also the store manager is difficult to get in contact with. This place is BIG. Clean. Organized. The young girl at the register was very friendly and helpful. Stopped in on my back from jogging/people watching, and picked up some lip balm. It was a hot day so the AC was a welcome comfort along with the very wide and open aisles, clean walkways, and plentiful sunlight. I got what I needed then spent a few extra minutes milling around. I imagine this place caters largely to tourist foot traffic, so I'll say this to you travel bugs and convention goers: If you need something, come on in because this Rite Aid is designed and stocked to specifically take care of those who are visiting and might need little creature comforts or might need to pick up a few things forgotten during the packing process. =) read more

This review is mainly for the MinuteClinic. I came in to do a quick TB test and read since I needed it ASAP for school. I scheduled an appointment for a Friday afternoon. The parking is pretty tricky - there are several spots behind the store but they're usually filled up. I was lucky I got a 20 minute parking spot by the Coffee Bean shop. When I came back on Sunday, there were no spots so I parked in the self-parking public area in the Sheraton. It's $8 for the first hour (yikes!)...not sure about how much the other hotels charge like the Hilton. Dorothy the nurse practitioner was the one who did my skin test and read. She is very nice and understanding, as I came in a bit late for my reading while she was still with another patient. I knocked on the door and she helped me get my paperwork ready. Thanks Dorothy! I shopped for a few facial care and sunscreen products as well. The service seemed sufficient since they had several cashiers open to help with the line. Also, this place is located pretty much across the Disneyland parking area, so you see lots of tourists around. Overall, good place to get your health check at the MinuteClinic, but if you're driving from somewhere, you might have to pay a bit for parking! Best to Uber or have someone drive you if you ever decide to come here. read more

Located on the ground floor of SpringHill suites, this CVS has a quick Rx turnaround time and a decent selection of Disney merch for less than elsewhere. Plus, you can load coupons to your CVS card for big $avings. The corner is a tad shady though, and when I returned to pick up my Rx, staff were in hot pursuit of a shoplifter. read more

This is very unprofessional- if they couldn't hear me the first time, they should at least say so or ask "how can I help" one more time.
