The hubs needs some biofreeze, twisted his ankle. Ouch! CVS always has what is needed!

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the world. Zero sense of urgency. Have a 2 year old with pneumonia and had to go back 3 times to get his script filled. They kept saying they expedited it to the pharmacist and every time it wasn't filled. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. People want to say it's low staff but there was 6 people behind the counter and 4 staff in the aisles talking about their lives. This cvs should just be shut down absolutely terrible. read more

Horrible pharmacy! Took over two hours to answer there phone. When they finally did they told us first thing in the morning your meds would be ready to pick up. So we show up at 945 in the morning..and they still are not ready. They not even pills they need to count out, it's diabetic sensors they just fill..don't use CVS in Auburn. read more

When I'm in town, I stopped here to get Zyrtec-D and Tylenol. Well, they don't carry those name brands. They carry the generic CVS brands instead. They also don't carry name brand Softsoap liquid. They only have their CVS brand, which I did buy to try it. I will never use that watered down soap again. It's so watered down, it won't even suds up. I will only get my prescriptions here if I'm in town. I've never been to a pharmacy that didn't carry name brand Zyrtec or Tylenol. I had to go to Kroger to get the Zyrtec-D and Tylenol. I will not return to this CVS. I give it two stars because it's clean and the staff was nice. read more

I typically get prescriptions here because of the ease & convenience of the drive through option. I also think the courtesy call to let you know when your prescription is ready is wonderful. The one thing that made me prickle was when the girl working the window kept my insurance card & told me I could pick it up about an hour later along with my prescription... They already had my insurance information and nothing had changed, so I told her I didn't feel comfortable leaving my card there, plus I wasn't sure I would make it back with all my important errands I still had to do. Her somewhat pleasant demeanor changed immediately to irritated and boarder line rude. read more
