i really don't like having to go to this walmart but if i need something small and i can't wait the shipping time of ordering it from an different online store, I'll go there. i quit going 6 months ago due to frequently being asked to see my receipt. i started telling them no, and to check the security cams if they think i stole something. they legally can't detain you, and it's against walmart company policy to try to detain you even if they saw you steal something. know your rights and feel free to decline unlawful detainment and searches. i buy all my food at kroger now, which the produce is so much better anyway, and they have plenty of organic products. the last time i let them search through my stuff, i was in the middle of moving, had next to no sleep, had to buy stuff to transport my cat to his new home since my apartment doesn't allow pets (only place i could get in the timeframe i had) luckily my best friend was looking for a pet! anyway, i had stuck my receipt in a one of the grocery bags, and when they asked to see my receipt it took me a few minutes to find it, then they went through all my goods that i purchased with my hard earned money. i was so pissed off at the inconvenience and frankly the disrespect i felt as a paying customer. i'm not some young kid with no money that needs to steal the things he wants. i ended up returning almost everything from that order when i was done using it. now i have no problems with returning anything and everything that doesn't meet my 100% satisfaction. i'm not trying to blame the people there, but the company and its policies can eat a bag of D's. i hope all your black fridays turn out to be red! read more

I paid 357$ on my groceries ordered online. I paid delivery charge even gave driver Dafine a 15$ tip. Dafine dropped my groceries off at the wrong address. Walmart customer service does not have drivers phone number, which is stupid. Could have made my life easier but big conglomerate Walmart has NO common sense! I so tired of stupid people! read more

This Walmart is on the newer side and its a super center so its big! It's got everything from food, to clothes, to tires, to tools, to cd's to basketballs! It's a one stop shop for sure! Naturally ever time I'm in a Walmart its for some late night run for something odd! I must say this Walmart was pretty busy at 9:30 pm on a Friday! Nothing special here but the store was cleaner then a lot of Walmarts I have seen. Service was fine too! They had what we were looking for, and they had Yoda in a Santa suite.... I am sitting in my car in the parking lot still. I never judge Walmart, because the bar is already so low anyway. I am struggling with money right now (just like most of us) and I unfortunately couldn't afford every item I had in my cart. I was at the self check out. Instead of leaving a cart of groceries there, I politely apologized to the cashier ( a short old blonde lady with short hair) and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. I'm 27, I've worked in customer service for over 10 years. I have never had a worse experience at Walmart than this and I just moved to this town. I'll be taking my business to Kroger where they have better groceries anyway. Rude, disgusting people. read more

I wish I could give this location a zero. EVERYTIME I've been through this location I've been asked for my receipt at the door or at the actual self checkout. I've never stole yet it seems like I'm being targeted. I believe this because my friends have never had this happen to them at this location nor my parents. Today was the last straw as a red haired older woman was very rude to me while I had just got done paying for my Plan B. I called her over using the button option on the self checkout and she obviously was very annoyed she had to do her job. I asked her to removed the box from my Plan B. She had watched us checkout yet she asked for my receipt. I showed her and made the comment "this happens everytime" she said she had to check even though she watch me the whole time. To add on I'd brought a display over with me as I've always been allowed at other locations to take displays. I was about to ask and before I could even ask she rudely asked me if I was allowed to have it and I told her I was gonna ask her. She acted like I was stealing. Dragged me over to her manager where he informed me I could not take the display which is fine. However this whole situation was very inappropriate. read more

I went to get a charger for my phone and I was on a phone call and he was listening to my call and the starting being all rude about what I said in my call he was A stalker and I think he needs to get fired Right now if you want a charger go to Best Buy and they won't be listening to your phone call and being a stalker and if you don't want to drive that far go on Amazon.com And get a good charger and they won't be listening to. So on Christmas evening I needed to cash a payroll check at Walmart. Knowing it's a holiday I first call and let it ring approximately 40 times with no answer nor is there a recording stating holiday hours so my next step is to check Auburn Walmarts website. It says "NOW OPEN" So I get in my car and drive the 7 miles over there and yes they are in fact closed. At this point it's 8:50pm I see an employee walking towards the entrance so I explain what I've done to obtain the store hours. His reply is a laugh and then tells me they open at 7am. Wanting to be sure I park and walk up to the door and reading a sign that is facing the inside of the store I Se that it reads open at 6am Dec 26. Well wouldn't it have been nice to have read that on their website or had a recording tell me this when I called. I return home and call again to speak to a manager, no luck, no answer even with a store full of employees. EXTREMELY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY NOR IS IT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Keeping your customers informed should be a priority, apparently not with the manager of Auburns Walmart. Thank you so much for wasting my time. read more
