But what got my goat was the healthy Walmart employee I saw park in the handicap space closest to the door, look me right in the eye and speed walk right into the store. As I was checking out I saw the same employee in the self checkout area eyeing customers. The experience with the employee bothered me so much I'm writing this negative review. You might say let it go but I could have benefits using that space. I'm recovering from a stroke and I'm using a walking stick to manage my balance as I walk. I couldn't have parked there, no placard so no big deal you say. I say it is a big deal. Walmart should want their employees to show a higher standard as they represent Walmart. This employer has as placard displayed in the windshield no no law is broken but there was not a disabled person exciting the car and this Walmart employee just wanted a close parking spot. I'm disappointed that although no law was broken Walmart doesn't have a policy regarding able bodied employees using handicap parking simply to be closer to the door.

I talked with a Katie, Shawnda, and Jennifer and they all helped me get my shot. Move from Cvs here in Bartlesville to the Walmart Pharmacy and they were very helpful and was able to get it transferred and called insurance and everything and I was able to pick it up within an hour. Thank God they had one in stock because I'm going a week behind my shot because Cvs can't keep it in stock and these three Walmart Pharmacy ladies were very helpful, sweet, and did everything they could to help me, and was very sympathetic and helping me & was fantastic and helping me get my Much-needed monthly migraines shot . I got trapped into using this Pharmacy because they…read morehad a GoodRX discount...After two months of hideously poor service I transferred my script back to Walgreens and paid an extra one hundred bucks for my meds. They could be giving this stuff away and I wouldn't go there to pick it up. Don't even get me started on the phone tree you gotta work through just to speak to a pharmacist...that's 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back again.

My second visit back and the pharmacy either sent a prescription of mine home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, or lost the order from the Dr or the bottle of pills somewhere in the store. It was not explained to me very well at all, probably because they did send my prescription home with someone else, a HIPPAA violation, which they aren't eager to advertise. They also said they weren't able to get in touch with the issuing Dr, that I'd have to do that myself, to get the lost prescription reordered. Next I tried to order some OTC pills from their website to be delivered to my house. They completely coitused that up as well. Instead of the pills I ordered, I received two bottles of lotion. So after a 15 minute phone call with CVS customer service, I'm allegedly going to be receiving my original order soon. I do get to keep the lotion I was sent so I guess someone will get some nice lotion for some gift giving holiday since I have no use for it at all. Finally, this location is always trashy. People, including employees, open mouth coughing with no attempt to cover their mouths, is a regular feature. The parking lot is covered with trash, always. No matter if they've just opened or at any other point in the day. The same is true of the inside. Stains are the dominant feature of the carpeting. A vague poop odor is the prevailing smell inside the store. There is also ALWAYS a line at the Rx counter and it usually extends past the end of the isle and wraps around toward the next isle over. So trips to pick up prescriptions are often a twenty+ minute ordeal. This place is horrible in every way you can imagine.
