I should probably work here part time. I have ordered online and/or shopped in store more times in the past month than I care to admit. This location is often out of a lot things, I'm convinced they stock two of each so I'm forced to shop online. Yes, I could go to another store but I'm not driving all over the city when I can just order online. I've done pick up, and that was a disappointment because the response while filling my order was they were out of stock of a cold medicine I walked right in and picked it up off the shelf, same day as my order and within a few mins of my order being read. No clue how the person filling the order missed it and it was in the correct place. The coupons definitely help with the overall cost when I need something. I only shop when I have coupons, which seem to be often! I've used the pharmacy for vaccines, they get you in and out as long as they acknowledge your presence and honor the appointment time. I've waited an hour for a vaccine despite having an appt and checking in. The store could be stocked better, pharmacy could do a better job with appointments and associates, I rarely interact with because I use self check out to utilize all my rewards. The last associate that checked me out didn't apply all my rewards/coupons despite me saying to use them all. Basically I have a love-hate relationship with the CVS in store experience, this includes all locations I've visited. Online is my personal favorite. read more

I have tried putting up with this pharmacy for years. For whatever reason, they are absolutely incapable of giving me the correct medication. This latest attempt to pick up my medication (which should have been ready 2 weeks ago, but they had ordered the wrong medicine - again), they told me they did not have it in stock and instead of ordering it themselves, it was up to me to shop around at other CVS pharmacies and get it transferred over to their store. I have never experienced a pharmacy that has told a patient to do their jobs for them. Do not use this pharmacy - it is nothing but a waste of time and a massive headache. read more

This is the most frustrating CVS. I haven't had issues with other CVS' living in Memphis, Utah, Texas... but this one is maddening. You can't get a straight answer out of anyone you speak to. My providers and doctors office will call and just get as frustrated as I do. The low star review for this CVS is so accurate and I usually give a business a chance regardless of their "stars" but this is the exception. Covid or not. The people you talk to not only untrained and unprofessional but inconsiderate and disrespectful. My doctors office is well aware and has sent complaints to CVS' corporate center before I was ever a patient. Other CVS techs laugh when I told them I'm struggling with this specific CVS. Went inside store to the pharmacy to pick up prescription and was told it would be expedited and to have a seat. One other person was ahead of me and one behind me. No one ever called our names so after 45 minutes I walked back to the counter. Seems all off our prescriptions had BEEN ready just no one told us. I asked the cashier why no one called us and she just gave me a stupid blank stare. I didn't have the patience to talk to a manager so I just got my prescription and left. read more

By far the slowest location you can ever visit. Had an appointment to get a COVID 19 test at 11am. It is now 11:40 and I've been in this line for over an hour waiting for something that should only take about 5 minutes. You HAVE to make an appointment, but they don't keep to your appointment time. I've only recently switched to CVS Pharmacy, but so far I've had only positive experiences with their pharmacy. I've found the turn around time on having prescriptions filled and the wait time picking up or dropping off to be much less than Walgreens or Walmart. And I like how they text when it's ready. But does usually seem like they have higher prices when just picking up something in the store and have had similar experiences to other reviews with not seeing a cashier up front when ready to check out, so might understand the one star ratings for that. But everyone has still been friendly in my experience. read more

I have gotten the same medication each month for years. I do not miss. Tonight I found out they were holding my prescription because they were out. Pharmacist told me they could not notify me they were out of my medication, blamed his pharmacy manager for the ordering, and then hung up on me. Wanted to come and check out the other reviews because of our awful experience here. Recently switched insurance and our prescriptions are through cvs Caremark. Whew-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Glad to know it wasn't a personal attack on me. Dropped off my script 4 days ago, she said they didn't have it in stock and they would have to call in an order-okay, fine no problem. Fast forward to today, i call, they say it will be ready at 5, great-go up there, "ma'am the pharmacist is giving a flu shot, can you come in and wait?" So i ask how long, 45 minutes no, I'll come back later, call back to see if it is ready 2.5 hours later...Michael Stevens answers and cuts off my every word, and says "he doesn't like to fill the script until you are here to pick up" that's fine, but NO ONE has told me this until I've talked to countless people. My husband goes to pick it up, says our name and the pharmacist throws his hands in the air like a petulant child and cuts the tech off before she could even finish speaking to my husband. read more

I have seen the nurse practitioner in the clinic twice now, Mari is lovely, friendly, and fast. However wait times in the pharmacy are really rough. I waited an hour for an rx from the same building.. the pharmacist compd my antibiotics without me asking. They just seem to be understaffed. read more

I NEVER write negative reviews, but I seriously am infuriated at the moment with this place and I have a reason to be! I am in town for a few months staying with my parents while our house is being built in Texas and I unfortunately have to use this pharmacy or shall I say pharmacist! I had my SECOND bad experience with him this evening! A few months ago I got a RX filled and they told me the price and it was WAY MORE than I usually pay for this medication... I was in a hurry so I just assumed they knew what they were doing, paid for it and left! Well, I looked at the prescription and realized their pharmacist obviously didn't verify my RX right and gave me CAPSULES instead of TABLETS! (Capsules are usually way more expensive than tablets, FYI!) A pharmacist doesn't have the legal rights to change the form of medication your doctor prescribes... So, he obviously doesn't verify prescriptions closely after his pharmacy techs fill them which, thank goodness it was just a small error and not a larger one-- like, the wrong medication! Tonight he was just a jerk when I went to pick up my medicine. He told me it would alter my birth control and that he will always let me know that so basically he wouldn't be responsible for an 18 year mistake! I picked up my medicine drove around the drive-thru solely to realize I had capsules instead of tablets and went straight back to the window-- I was informed once the RX leaves the store they can't return it! I understand this since I worked at the CVS in North Carolina a few years ago, but I literally was just there 5 seconds prior and the last time he screwed up my RX he took it back after me returning it 2 days later!! He was just being a jerk! I will be calling corporate tomorrow and letting them know my experiences with this new "Pharm D" I will gladly make the drive to another pharmacy before I have to deal with this incompetent person again!! read more

I swapped to CVS from Walgreens. I have filled RXs for myself and 4 children at Walgreens for over 7 years. I really thought CVS would be better. You sit in line for ridiculous amounts of time when you are the only car in the drive through. I dropped off my daughters pain medication from after a surgery only to be told it would be 5 hours before it could be filled. If you even try to call your on the phone waiting for sometimes for than 20-30 min! Their attitudes are worse than Walgreens. I'm finding a new pharmacy asap! I wouldn't recommend them at all. They never have my medicine in stock or my sons. They took my prescriptions and calls me 2 hours later to say they didn't have enough and couldn't get enough till next Wednesday and no partial refill could be done. They have wasted my time more than once. I don't have one good thing to say! Higher management needs to look into this store. I'm sitting in drive thru as i type and the pharmacist/tech must not realize I can hear every word she's saying. She's dropping curse words and talking about everything except getting me my prescription. read more

The only reason I use this crappy wannabe pharmacy chain is because of my work signing up with Caremark. The pharmacy manager is so rude called prescription in 4 hours prior to my arrival and still not ready. Ohhh sir we been busy was his excuse for four hours really.
