Sometimes when you call in your scripts and they give you an estimate on when to pick it t up and when you FINALLY get to the window they don't even have it ready . Before Memorial Day I ordered some medicine and when I got to the window their systems were down and could not give me my meds . Uhm maybe a text would have been nice to let me know ? Since then my phone has been blowing up with texts and calls telling me my medication is in . Monday was Memorial Day so they were closed , fine . . Now I am currently 15 min into my wait in line . There are two cars ahead of me and we haven't moved.

But for a missing ingredient that is crucial to dinner, a bottle of wine on the way home, or a more exotic ingredient that isnt offered at the nearby Stephersons or Kroger; this place fits the bill. This location is horrible for curb side pickup. I placed an order yesterday and it was supposed to…read morebe ready at 9:00 am today. I went up to the store at 12:00pm because the app said it is still in progress. The manger said the system was down and the phones were not working that day. As I was leaving the parking lot he canceled the order through text message. I called the store and he picked up... I said, I thought your system was down and the phone was not working. He asked if I though he was lying, I said yes and then he hung up the phone in my face. I started to call back but I just went home.
