Back in pre Covid days, if a long line started to form at the front, they would have someone open a register back at the photo counter or over at the beauty counter. Not anymore! As long as a patient is verified and has established patient to provider relationship and has met all guidelines for treatment, a prescription is valid. She needs more education on the most current guidelines. I understand it is ultimately up to the pharmacist but this is why I heard walmart is not good for RX.
