I recently moved to the area and I've patronized this store multiple times. I have used my passport to buy Tabacco and alcoholic beverages in the past at this VERY store. Well TODAY the clerk SAVEON at this location #17916 must have been having some issues because he just lunged across the counter at me and slammed his name tag down while I was with my toddler! After he refused my purchasing an alcoholic beverage I inquired on why my VALID passport couldn't be accepted, he just walked off in the middle of my question and checking out my items! His coworker slid into his place to finish my checkout, when I asked his coworker for his info he then LUNGED across the counter IN MY DIRECTION and slams his name tag at me. I immediately felt threatened especially with my TODDLER 3 y/o daughter! I immediately responded that he better not come any closer and do anything else as I was with my daughter and I felt threatened! I will never patronize this location or probably even 7 eleven brands, I noticed as the other patrons looked on and the clerk Jade didn't offer any empathy in my direction my daughter and I were the only black ppl in there so I'm sure that helps! I feel embarrassed, threatened and certainly discrimination due to my daughter and o being of Color! Then after the clerk Jade refused to give me corporate phone number and stated I could just google it! All employees are very good! Except one an older woman black hair and big prescription glasses. Don't know if she is Hispanic. She doesn't know how to treat customers. She's rude. Acts like she owns the store but overly ! All the young employees bring spunk and make you feel welcomed . But for some reason the older lady is just too much! I started taking my business to Jackson's but thought id try the 711 again since it's closer to me and lived in the area for over 30 years and used to 711 for that amount of time 30 years. Poorly ran convenient store. Everything seems to be out of order. And if you order from them. They mess up on your orders even if you're allergic or have a medical condition and can't have a certain item. Would not recommend. read more

This is one a my favorite places to go and check out all the cool things 7-11 has to offer. They have a wide variety of chips, deli items, drinks and things you never knew you were out of until it's a holiday and no one is open! The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anyone coming to this location lock your vehicle! At places you start seeing which store owners care about their stores and those who don't. From all the reviews you'll notice the owners or managers never reach out to the customers. That's the first sign they might not care what you experience at their location! Last night the girl working the counter was friends with the guy outside who was looking inside your customers vehicles. Curious if you as owners/managers truly find that acceptable? The people working here, give you the expression they hate it there and you as a customer are just a nuisance. I come to this location 3to6 days out of the week since I live close by normally mid afternoon to after 11pm at night. My significant other experienced the same thing where people standing around your store went up to our truck looked inside and tried opening the door while we would have been inside your store. I can remember when Baked Lays potato chips were a "thing" and you could find them in all the grocery stores, and in big bags. Now I have to go to either 7-Eleven (certain ones) or to a Subway sandwich shop. This 7-Eleven always has my baked lays. I'm kind of addicted to them. Paired with a frosty Coke Zero and voilà, I have my perfect breakfast. I don't come here for anything else. It always smells good like freshly brewed coffee and the folks working at 3:00 AM are always chipper even when I'm not. This is nice 7-11 because of location, cleanliness and the staff. The prices are of course 7-11 prices a bit steeper than going to a grocery store but one doesn't go to a 7-11 for price. I myself go to get lottery tickets. Of course none of them have won but I don't hold it against 7-11 but the odds of winning the lottery. This store is always well stocked and organized. Mostly notably it is clean. Did I mention that. There is also a Redbox outside if you need a movie fix. Parking is always available. Getting in and out of the place is quick and easy. So.... coming back from Phoenix and had a questionable experience at an airport restaurant. All is well. 3 hour flight and no biggy. We start out trek to the coast which anyone who knows were about to go into no cell signal blackness. My stomach is NOT ok and I'm sweating pretending to be fine and then start clearing out my purse and finally tell hubby, PULL OVER I NEED To vomit! Now we laugh over the experience but the powers that be bless this amazing place - hubby went in looking for bags so I could make the 2+ hour drive home to the coast and have somewhere to do my thing.... this was right when the plastic bag bam went into effect and the sweet sweet person on duty offered hubby a couple of brown bags to try to double up. The person didn't know what was going on and husband informed them of what was happening and they're like, ok let me help how I can. On a human level - THANK YOU and they tried. 5 stars as people in general. We made it home ok. Thank you. read more

I know it might seem silly to review a 7-11 but if they are exceptional? They deserve to hear it just like any other business! I have been into countless 7-11's, but the folks at this store are awesome. They are always genuinely nice and outgoing. The store is well stocked and never had a problem in there with any food that went bad or anything weird. And since they are so close to me? This is great for those mornings when I want a Rock Star or my weakness for Vivarin. : ) Easy to get to right off Hwy 26, and off NW 185th Ave. Good parking, and open 24 hours, I think. read more

This particular 7-11 is right around the corner from me so we pop in quite a bit. The store itself is clean, which is always a plus. The staff is super friendly and will give you advice on how to get the most bang for you buck when you get a slurpee or soda. They always chat with me and my toddler and I've never had to wait to pay for my items. As far as items they have a pretty good selection, about on par with other 7-11's in the area. And so far I've never had to deal with a drunk or creepy old guy hanging around outside it. read more

Malachai and I popped off the freeway on our way back to Tillamook from a little Portland Road-Trip. If you haven't read any of my other reviews from today, it's Free Slurpee Day! There was a mob of happy Slurpee seeking savages (scouts of some kind) waiting in line for their turn. The reason I decided to add this review is that even though that line was long, and we had to wait a little bit... the customers that were there to buy those things we generally pop into 7-11 on our way to work, appointments, are all sorts of other places when we're in a hurry didn't have to wait in that line. One door was being used for the free slurpee mob, and the other for customers that weren't there on a leisurely free Slurpee excursion. The line for Slurpees actually moved pretty fast, but even if it hadn't it was a pretty fun place to be. The employee (or owner even, I have no idea) that was wo-manning the door even came outside and took pictures of the group. Even she seemed to have a good time. The only downside, the Slurpee machine was gettin' a workout and as a result was serving up something more akin to Slurpee soup. Malachai went for Grape and Coke, which at first he didn't love all mixed together, and then, it grew on him. read more

I write this as a former customer and on behalf of my wife who is now a former employee. She went there for a JOB not a three ring circus but I got her to stick it out for awhile. But it got to the point we decided her mental health was more important than money. We went there for 10+ years and thought all was good. Some good people, some bad, usual store. But then she got a job there and we both got to see "behind the scene". Inappropriate jokes, rude and incapable coworkers, and the store was constantly dirty to which she basically had to follow people around cleaning up after them. Everyone goes out to smoke weed and then go back and do nothing or not go back at all. Having to pick up the slack, she started to not like having to go to work as she was getting fed up being the only responsible person there to include the manager. For telling the truth when the DM asked why she quit, we got barred from the store. read more

I love this 7-Eleven it's always clean and the crew is extremely friendly especially graveyard when Jana is Working she's amazing and this is the time I usually come through. It's surprisingly safe at all times of the day and I love the red box outside. read more

I feel a bit odd reviewing a 7-11 as well. But like another reviewer I was taken aback by how exceptionally friendly much of the staff is.

Always full, long lines, mostly spanish talk inside, people constantly parking everywhere illegally, hard to even get in and out of the place. RUDE EMPLOYEES, SHITTY SERVICE. I used to go to this store everyday, now I go elsewhere. read more
