Went to the store at 1:50 pm. on Saturday 12/9 to pick up a prescription. Didn't realize that they closed for lunch, which is fine, and I had to wait a few minutes. The problem was when I asked the sales clerk(dark-haired lady)in the front about hours, she said they were closed until 2. I said ok and started going to my car to wait. Then I heard her say under her breath, "Just like every day." I said," Excuse me? " Then she started backtracking like she wasn't being bitchy. On top of that, when I was in line getting the prescription, I could hear her reprimand the pharmacy staff about hanging up coats instead of leaving them on a table. Fair enough, but as a customer, I shouldn't hear her scolding the staff. Maybe she was having an off day, maybe that's every day... I don't know because I don't usually use that store. The moral of the story is that if you go to CVS in Bellefonte, don't ask the dark-haired lady up front questions. You'll get an attitude back. read more

Bellefonte PA. Pharmacy has erratic hours. All pharmacists go to lunch at the same time. Different every day.

CVS is a good pharmacy, however, their voice recognition software is a major PINTA, it takes too much time to get to a HUMAN. Their Prescription messaging is relentless. They call me every other day and leave a long winded message on my answering machine until I drive over there to pick up a prescription. I only use my car once a week and I get tired of them continuing to refill a prescription that I specifically told them NOT to refill unless I call in and ask for it to be refilled. As of today, I have a 9 month supply of one med that I DON'T need. I have gone around and around with these people telling them what medications I want on auto fill, but they keep filling ones I DON'T WANT. Its time to find a different drug store, they are driving me crazy. read more

The girls up front are very friendly. Sometimes just a quick little chat and a smile can make my day. The pharmacist will go out of her way to answer any question I have, even coming from around the counter to talk to me. I love this store! read more

They gave me false information. I called them and asked how late we could come by to get a passport photo made. The person that answered the phone said right up until closing. So we got there before they closed. When we told the person at the register what we wanted, both she and, I assume the manager, refused to take the picture telling us we were too late and try another day. Poor training of employees. Poor customer service. Worth going somewhere else with this kind of treatment of the public. read more

Old looking store with horrible parking. The staff appears very unhappy and are generally unfriendly. I leave there depressed.. :-(

Conveniently located near Tallyrand Park. Has a pharmacy, photo lab, and grocery items. Have had good experiences with staff.

The building is old and it feels run down inside, but I don't really care because the staff is always super friendly. Had some problems when I first switched RX's from Walmart to here but once the kinks were all worked out, everything has been fine. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful with any questions I have. They have even gone above and beyond finding coupons for my meds! The missing star is for the building and not the staff. read more
