This CVS SUCKS! I came to this CVS for a passport photo on this Monday morning. The one clerk on duty said the manager takes the passport photos and he's in the bathroom. After waiting nearly 20-minutes the manager is finished with his massive dump (couldn't he have done this before he showed-up to work?). After the manager came out of the bathroom, he went immediately outside. The one clerk on duty didn't say a word to the manager that I was waiting for a passport picture, so I took matters into my own hands and asked the manager for the photo. He informed me that the camera wasn't available and no passport pictures:( After waiting 20+ minutes not even an apology. Just delivered my first child on Wednesday and got sick (yikes). my doctor had to quickly put in some medicine so I could get better and to avoid my newborn getting sick. I called CVS to confirm they received my prescription- they didn't know the nature of my situation and greeted me with a hello we see the prescription but it's a different location. Pharmacist stated she would give the other location a call to get my medicine transferred. In less than 30-minutes I received another call that my prescription was ready for pick up, followed by a text. As a new mom - I couldn't be happier with this service! Thank you!!!! read more

This CVS has great customer service! Every time I walk in I am always greeted no matter how busy! Today I went for travel toiletries and ended up getting more things as well (like always at the drugstore). I couldn't find the aisle with all the mini shampoos and such at first so I went to the counter and asked the girl and she was really sweet and told me aisle four(which I walked right by somehow?). I personally like Walgreens better, especially the one Spanish River and Federal Hwy. They just have a larger variety in general. Anyhow, they had a big sale going on at CVS and my grandma ended up finding a suitcase that was only 50% off bringing to like 20 something dollars. It was sho cheap my grandma paid for that and all my other stuff. I also picked out a portable charger with two USB ports for this weekend cause I'm going to the Meadows music festival in NYC. The store is usually clean and the staff is helpful. The location has decent parking space and is open 24 hours. I dont visit CVS often. When I do, its either for pharmacy, after hours, or when there is no other place near by. I think their prices slightly on higher side. I guess customers who use coupons benefit the most here. I have had some disappointing interactions with the pharmacy staff though. Just hope they were more help in trying to answer questions. Also, most of the items that are under CVS's brand name are cheaper than their competitors, not by big margin though. Since CVS does not promote its products one air or televsion, I'd expect their products to be much cheaper. They are saving a lot of money in marketing expenditure. If there was a lower rating below one star I would certainly give it to this pharmacy. The pharmacists are nothing short of plain rude and down right disrespectful. Each time that I've come to pick up medication for an injury they've been disgustingly rude. I'm already in massive pain just looking to take my medication and each time instead of taking this into account its almost like they go out of their way to make me feel like an inconvenience for making them do their job. One of them couldn't even be bothered to turn around and look at me. She claimed that "we just opened" and treated me like I was stupid for trying to seek pain relief first thing in the morning. Not bothering to turn around, look at me or even take my name she told me to try coming back in 20 minutes. This is medication that I need to take for my health and they cannot even be bothered to take my name down to see if it is ready?!? A different pharmacist at this location did the same thing but in the evening and when I came back to pick up the medication she had closed the pharmacy and told me to try again tomorrow. These aren't restaurant reservations or hotel reservations this is medication that I NEED to take and none of it is taken seriously here if anything they go out of their way to be rude when you most likely are there to seek relief for your current condition. read more

This is a copy of another review I posted for this pharmacy as it seems to have two yelp listings, and I want to make sure they know they've done a fine job!! *** My wife and I have been to this pharmacy TWICE in the last few weeks as we both got a really really emergency room worthy flu. Hank (the pharmacist) and his staff at the pharmacy were great BOTH times and very accommodating in getting our much needed prescriptions to us even though it was right near closing times. I've seen people being brutal to this place on the web. Shame on them - I'd bet they filled loads of prescriptions prior, and one less than stellar experience makes them complain. Pharmacy staff is rude and made it seem like you (as the patient) were a nuisance to their time. Have never had such difficulty using my insurance card through a phone because I am under my moms plan who doesn't live here and I still don't have a hard copy myself. Not a nice experience. Very disappointed that I just switched my Prescription to this location recently. read more

It's a CVS, the knock off of Walgreens. I am not really a fan of this company much at all.. I have really only been to.one location that I did go to regularly, and this one isn't it. Always, always, ALWAYS a line at the pharmacy. They prioritize the drive thru window considerably higher than customers waiting in the store, so make sure to use it if you can. read more

Because of an emergency I had to transfer my prescription to this location and I will NEVER forget my horrendous experience.! After waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minets the pharmacist insisted I come inside. I was shocked to come inside and find an elderly woman screaming about a lost prescription which the pharmacist insisted she had already picked up. The woman assisting me did not know how to read or fill my prescription. Needless to say it was the most aggravating and frustrating experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Typical drugstore without the need to go to the bigger drug/grocery stores and search the aisles. It is in Boca, and you'd think they'd have nicer displays of stuff... but it's pretty hood if you ask me. Parking can be a problem cause they sorta share it with the other businesses in the plaza, i.e. if panera is packed, which they usually are, they'll overflow park here. read more

Nothing quick and easy about this place you're better off going somewhere else cheaper and faster

I am a retired pharmacist, knowlegable of pharmacy practice. This is a very well stocked store. The employees are very courteous and efficient. The tech helped the busy pharmacist by prioritizing patient ques. There was a 5 - 10 minute wait, which was reasonable considering the number of customers there. I watched the pharmacist's patient interactions and was very impressed with his personal attention paid to each customer. He smiled, making pleasant conversation. Pharmacy is the WORST!!!! Seems every time I have to get prescription filled they either don't have it, can't find child's info (because he's a twin), or pharmacist has problem with script. Emmanuelle is the rudest pharmacist in all the land! Not only was my script not filled when my doctor phoned it in a week prior, but she has the balls to hang up on a patient during a panic attack who is just checking when script will be ready after holding for 10 minutes. She asked I stop calling so she can work, as she's the only one there at the moment. Last time I'll be filling my script at CVS! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO PUBLIX where both grocery shopping and pharmacy visits are a pleasure, not an inconvenience to the people who applied to work there. read more
