CVS at 1888 Boiling Springs Rd. Is terrible!! They have been texting me all week to pick up a prescription and now I was finally able to get over here and the Pharmacist is here but tells me she is at lunch and I have to wait 35 aminutes to get my prescription?? CVS, Just hire a knowledgeable compassionate person to handle phone calls and give personalized service. I can't believe this has become such a foreign concept. Everyone does not fit into your cookie cutter mold of CVS.com. We are not androids and should not be treated as such. 1. Called the pharmacy to ask about drug interactions, the pharmacist I spoke to was very short with one word answers. He didnt care to offer any explainations or anything at all. Tone of voice was very monotone and seemed like I was bothering him. I still didnt really get the answers I was looking for because he didnt seem to care to really help at all. 2. I get my prescriptions at this pharmacy, 9 times out of 10 when my prescription is supposed to be ready...it isnt. I ALWAYS have to wait for my prescription to be filled once I arrive to pick them up (expecting them to be ready) and on several ocassions they have said they dont have a prescription for me at all and had to deal with getting that situation rectified. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. I myself will be looking for a better pharmacy immedietly. read more

90% of the time the people at the window are extremely rude. (I've had one guy who was great. But I hardly get him). I've watched people chat for over 10 minutes in the window before they have even tried to assist me. No wonder the lines inside and outside are always long. I feel if they had a more dedicated management structure to streamline issues with employees, they would run much better. read more

Every time my doctor asks if my pharmacy is the CVS in Boiling Springs, my answer is "unfortunately, yes." There are incredibly long waits for the pharmacy. Sometimes they can take several hours to fill a prescription. Management doesn't seem to care. The pharmacist was rude to the customers. Almost any other pharmacy is better than this one. read more

The pharmacy is a mess. The staff are very unfriendly and there's a constant turnover in staff. Long waits and unfriendly pharmacy staff make me dread going there. I'm not sure who's managing this location but its a shame. Even the landscaping has been so overgrown and forgotten for so long there are blind spots trying to get out of the parking lot. read more

The pharmacy here is complete trash. I get birth control here every month and almost every single time they tell me it's not ready. They used to text me when it was ready, but now they never do. I'm not sure how it's never ready because the pills are prepackaged and sealed before they arrive there. Also the wait time is at least 45 minutes. Even if there's 3 people in line, it's still that long. And it doesn't matter if you go inside or go through the drive thru. It's consistently that long. Pharmacy employees are rude and uncaring. And more often than not, you can see some of them just goofing around in the back. But today was the last straw. I went through the drive thru and there were only 3 cars in front of me and the wait was an hour and 15 minutes long. And I had to wait there because I needed the pills today. When I finally made it to the window and brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care. I'm calling tomorrow and switching my prescription to Ingles. Anywhere has to be better than cvs pharmacy. read more

Worst pharmacy imaginable . It honestly takes longer to get the prescription filled than it does to go to the Dr. (drive , wait, visit included) I'm the only one sitting there waiting and they cashier says clearly to expedite my prescription and of course non of the 8 team members acknowledge. 3 people that weren't present Upon my arrival and was also said to expedite got there's 15-20 min before me . The cashier never even looked over and acknowledged my presence (as I wait miserably with strep throat ) and then had to ask my name again and again . I'm switching to ingles . I guess there strategy is to keep you in the store looking at all those confusing sales labels so you'll spend $$ . No wonder it's always packed cause everyone is waiting ! This is THE WORST CVS I have ever been to. It is always a hassle to fill and pick-up prescriptions. It was even a problem to get them transferred to a different CVS. This staff is rude and uninviting. I was left on hold one for 25 minutes, hung up and called again, and was not apologized to and put on hold AGAIN. I would rather drive 10 minutes farther to get my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Do not come here. read more

On multiple occasions I have been notified that my prescriptions were ready, only to show up and have to wait. Go to the ingles pharmacy. They are so much nicer and so much faster. read more

I rarely have an experience that isn't horrible at this location. I would give negative stars if that were an option. I am required to use them by my insurance so I have no choice. The staff are rude and there seems to be no urgency or care for their customers. Just recently I had a script called in on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and it is still "in process". A 20 minute hold on the phone to find out that it had not been ordered yet. The staff then acted like I had no right to be frustrated that it hasn't been ordered. This was medication I was given because I had the FLU. But no big deal. read more

This has to be the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The have had my prescription for 10 days and I still have no glucose meter. Evidently, my doctors office failed to fill out 1 part, but have faxed it to them 2 times now. They say they never received it. The pharmacist gave me the impression that he just didn't want to check the fax machine. I left with my RX to take somewhere else. I wish I had read these reviews before I took it there to begin with. Maybe if someone from corporate reads this, they could benefit with customer service training. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Been told several different times that my daughters medicine would be in the pharmacy the next day. 5 days later in still not available and was informed that it was not ordered. There are at least 8 generic brands of the medicine needed and the kid been without going on a week. This is not acceptable. read more

The pharmacy is without a doubt one of the worst I have ever used. They seem to be disorganized and place blame on each other, Drs offices, customers, other drug stores, insurance and anyone else they can rather than accept responsibility for their poorly run pharmacy. The level of incompetence is so high that I am afraid to trust anything they give me. I have filled my last prescription there and will use a more efficient CVS. The pharmacist's are the worst. To say they are unbelievably rude is a gross understatement. This being said, I have had nothing but wonderful customer service in the rest of the store.
