    I don't usually go to this CVS. I only come when I have something from T-Mobile Tuesday. I came to get a free magnet that I placed Monday. I received an email saying that it was ready on a Tuesday. Today is Wednesday. I wait 10 mins because a customer was being a little difficult. The lack of help at this cvs is crazy. I know there were 4 others working at the time. No one came to help. To my surprise, the magnet that was supposed to be ready, the guy asked if I had time to wait because he is working on it now. Do NOT tell me it is ready when it isn't, my time was wasted. This is why CVS does not get my business.

    Out of the 15 cvs near me . I drive past 6 to got to this one . People are professional and more respectful then surrounding locations.

    This pharmacy, and pharmacist/owner Damien were really good to me for years up until the last 4-6…read moremonths and it's gone completely downhill. Every single time I try to call it's a minimum 30 minute wait and usually get hung up on and have to call multiple times just to get through to then get greeted by what Damien quoted himself to me today was the "owners princess so she can do/say what she wants" after I once again hd to waste an hour of my day just to get greeted by her with a complete attitude like the excess calls is my fault and have been treated this way by her every month now that I realize it's the same girls voice. I then called back to speak to Damien directly and he had a complete childish hissy fit screaming at me on the phone like I'm not his patient of ten years, and every excuse in the book of why "I'm the reason the phones are tied up" and threatened me basically with not filling my prescription to escalating to dropping me as a patient because I told him the simple, and. VERY obvious solution to hire more people, make a portal where you can chat with someone via ai technology or literally anything to relieve the stress to his employees but was met with excuses and hung up on like a child having a tantrum because it's the due date of my prescription and wouldn't have gotten them filled if not taking an hour of my day. I have been nothing but respectful and patient for over 8 YEARS now hence why he still filled my prescriptions but wouldn't accept my insurance for a medication because he "makes more from cash pay", even though it's literally always been a hassle to get any callbacks, or communication unless showing up to the pharmact. I would give zero stars if I could after the rapid decline in professionalism, and care for their clients other than the bald pharmacist (I don't know his name, not trying to be rude), and a few select employees who probably have to put up with his tantrums that I now feel bad for honestly... It sucks that I have to resort to this, but obviously they made a new yelp page for a reason , I guess I'm not the only one who has been treated this way. Damien, I know you'll see this. Put your big boy pants on, and stop being so childish man. Don't blame your lack of being so cheap, and not looking at other avenues of ways to deal with the influx of calls to deal with and taking it out on your very loyal patients you know by first name, and take some accountability. Your front staff and assistant pharmacists deserve raises, and your daughter should not be working there if that's truly the attitude she has on a regular basis, and you have about her being able to do and say whatever she wants. It's compl unprofessional and extremely childish (now I see where she gets it from). You were drooling at the mouth to take your stress/anger out on someone you enjoyed threatening me i cant fill there anymore like you're the only pharmacy around lol. I couldve help you implement something to alleviate your phone backup issues, because its not going to get any better and NOONE, especially people taking time off work to call your pharmacy should have to deal with the bs. Maybe get some anger management too, might help with your childish tantrums when I didnt even say anything before jumping down my throat...
