Self-service checkout only. Not a single clerk to be found. Over $22 for two birthday cards and a small gift bag. Ridiculous.

This is our go to CVS, when we visit Branson. They have always been very responsive, if we need a prescription refilled while in the area. The store is clean and well-maintained; with the usual inventory one expects in this type of establishment. The staff are usually friendly and attentive Overall, this is a solid representative for the franchise. read more

Service and wait time depends on day and time. Was difficult to enter and exit but that is better since the construction is done.

I'm sad to see the low stars for this CVS! We were on vacation from out of state and realized my son had left his medicine at home. The pharmacist was so kind to deal with insurance, get an approval for early refill, and did so with a smile within an hour. AND! It was a holiday weekend on Saturday. We were so grateful for the compassionate service. This pharmacy took great care of us! read more

One star rating only because there is no way to give a minus rating. Pharmacy staff treated me as if I were a addict seeking drugs...what should have been one trip to pick up a prescription took THREE trips. Cost me four hours of my time and around $5 gas. This was NO FAULT OF MINE, CVS PHARMACY STAFF AT FAULT. WILL NEVER HAVE ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE AGAIN. read more

The pharmacy is the worst that I have ever seen. They are always understaffed. One day when I needed blood pressure pills they advised me that they were two days behind. The drive through is never open. In college I worked for savon drugs. I know how a good pharmacy can work. The corporation needs to deal with this place or close it down. read more

A rude pharmacy tech named Amber walked away during a conversation with me. When I told another person behind the counter about it he asked her why she did it, and she lied and said I turned my back on her. I guess her walking away shouldn't matter much since she was no help to begin with. I left and came back and talked to her much nicer coworker, but the nasty taste Amber left in my mouth gets this store a 1 star rating. read more

My issue is with the Branson 76 location. Good luck calling the pharmacy and speaking to a person. After I make it through the automated system I stay on hold to get through to a person for 20min several different times before giving up. Instead of being able to ask a simple question, I will have to load up a sick toddler, drag him into the CVS during the covid pandemic, to see if if his prescription was called in and ready. Without the prescription number the automated system cannot answer that question. read more

Hard to get in touch with anyone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I understand businesses are busy, but no one picked up the phone and it was just an endless loop of a recording. It also seemed like someone would pick up and then place me back on hold. It was so frustrating. read more

Worst place in Branson every time we go to pickup meds at drive up they tell us 20 to 30 minutes more when it's been 3 hours since they are orders happens every time read more

I have had my prescriptions here for over two years now and haven't been disappointed yet. The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! The two pharmacists Hoyt and Alexis are superb. They both are outgoing and friendly. I like how they're filling scrips but listening to what the customer and tech are saying at the register. Hoyt and Alexis will over hear & advise when necessary. Alexis has work very diligent for me and has personally saved me money! How can I not like that? The techs Cody, Nicole and Seth are always on top of their game. Nice friendly and very pleasant. Any time you're dealing with the doctors office, health insures and the pharmacy things can get mixed up and somewhat hectic. But this staff has always listen to and gone further than I would have expected. My only frustration with CVS is when I want to use my phone to re-order my meds it is horrible to work with because it constantly miss understands the numbers being entered. Wow is all I can say. Every time I go to get my sons 2 seizure meds and his concerta they are out of stock. Right now my son is without ADHD medication, struggling at school, and it's been a week. The rx sat there for 2 days before it was fillable. I was told it was auto ordered and turns out it wasnt. On the 5th I went to get one of his two seizure meds and they told me it was too soon. I told them that was a mistake bc he is out. So come to find out the med was for 2cc once a day instead of twice a day. I call his PCP to get a rx sent for the correct dosage. I call the pharmacy back and they told me that it was still written for 2cc once a day. I told them that was no way his doctor sent it wrong twice. Turns out, after pulling the original rx, that 3 times the rx was entered wrong by someone at the pharmacy. Then after we figured out the error by the pharmacy, they were out of stock. My son went without one of his seizure meds for 6 days. Lord forbid he had a seizure in that time. I am 33 years old, college educated, and have cared for my special needs child for 13 years. I've had fights with his Medicaid several times over the years. I know how to navigate. But navigating this pharmacy is borderline impossible. I cant imagine an elderly person trying to keep their medications straight with this pharmacy. I also pray no one gets hurt from dosage errors when entering them into the system.
