I go to the Pharmacy there, and they have been professional, thorough and quick despite sometimes busy, busy, busy. They look for my insurance. They check with previous pharmacies. They speak with prescribers. They check for less expensive generics. They deliver for free. They are cheerful about adding a vaccination to my visit. We could smell the fried chicken from the deli when we first git out of the car. Normally, I fry our chicken. However, I was tired; so, we bought an eight piece box. I just knew it was going to be good; because, we had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked. I made the sides and was ready for a great sit-down meal with my husband. IT WAS AWEFUL! IT WAS HARD, NO MEAT INSIDE THE CRUST! I think I should get my money back. We could not eat it. Everybody take notice: be wary of buying fried chicken from Walmart. Customer service is non existent. They messed up on pick up order. The person answering the phone initially lied about the mistake. When questioned after another 15 minutes of waiting, she admitted they gave the order to someone else. She had a horrible attitude about their mistake. Deli I recently placed a catering order to pick up thru the deli. I have done this in the past and it was wonderful. However this time was a horrible experience, and I will not order any more in the future. When we arrived to pick up the order of a slider tray and a chicken platter, they only had the chicken and claimed to have no idea there was a slider tray. Even though I ordered it over the phone thru a very nice associate and had it all confirmed back to me. They also had the time wrong so they took my chicken platter and marked it half price and had it available to the public. They eventually made the slider tray, after acting like they had no clue how to prepare one, and got everything ready. However it took a long time and there was no point in calling the order in ahead of time. The lady who manages the deli is not good with dealing with customers. And after they messed everything up, they literally took the half price tag off and marked it back to full price. I usually recommend picking up stuff thru the Walmart deli for big parties but after this I definitely won't. read more

This particular store was well-stocked and clean, but I have to substantially decrease the score. The store's customer service was incredibly poor quality. There was a lack of store associates to help the customers. My husband and I didn't see a sales associate the entire time we were shopping. Also, there were no cashiers, and the extremely long lines for self-checkout on either sides was unlike anything we have experienced. read more

Super Walmart-Branson, Mo. After collecting my items, I discovered none of the check-out stations were open. The only option was to WORK FOR WALMART FOR FREE and go to self checkout. This will be my last trip to Walmart, I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER WALMART STORE. The Tire and Lube at the Branson Hills Parkway Walmart in Branson, Missouri is a joke. I used to take my minivan and our truck there once every 6 months or so to have the oil changed using only high end full synthetic oil. This was not cheap. It was between 60 and 80 dollars each visit depending on the oil they had in stock. However, since my husband got me a new SUV, I will not be trusting them to it. First of all, I had locking lug nuts on my minivan and the first oil change they did, they lost the key. Every single oil change I have EVER received has a check mark that they indeed topped off the wiper fluid and vacuumed out the vehicle. THEY HAVE NEVER DONE EITHER OF THESE THINGS. Which does make me wonder if they are even changing the oil or if they are, are they using the full synthetic? When I pointed it out, it would have been another 2-3 hours...not acceptable service. They are full of a bunch of lazy fat guys and I don't think they take pride in their work at all. If Walmart corporate wanted to save some money....there's a bunch of dead weight in the back of that store in the Tire and Lube. Also the person that they have manning the phones in the fitting room area is a moron. I called and asked for Tire and Lube, she sent me to the Bakery. She is American and speaks English, she is just a moron and cannot hear or cannot understand English. Another dead weight holding back Walmarts ratings. I went into the store and picked up a bottle of wine that was clearly priced $32.xx and when I got to the register, it rang up $62.xx. Knowing that Wal Mart has always stood behind their ads, I asked for a supervisor and was informed that it wasn't marked correctly and if they reduced the price, they could lose their liquor license. I decided not to keep pressing and when I got home l, an attorney friend of mine told me they weren't telling the truth. They would not have lost their liquor license. I live in the Branson area and my go to store is Walmart. The bakery cake decorators are wonderful. I order all my cakes from them. I shop every week and everyone Is very friendly. Sometimes you have to be patient as far as checking out unless you don't mind self check outs. The cashiers have there hands full. I just want to thank the cake decorators for always doing a great job. Thank the cashiers for putting up with cranky customers. Thank the management for listening to the cranky customers. I recently was checking out at self check out. After paying using my WALMART GREEN DOT MONEY CARD to pay, the check out machine said declined. My phone notified me by text Walmart charged me the $228.70. I asked the cashier for assistance. She said just run the card again, it did not really charge you... I checked my balance and transactions on my app and asked her for a csm. She told me they are to short staffed to help me. Meanwhile my app also verified it charged me. I spotted Jacob a csm. I asked him to help. He came over, both the cashier and I explained the situation. He assured me that I only needed to reside the card and that the previous transaction would be put back on my card within 24 hours. He said this was the only option. After he reassured me several times that the money from the first transaction would go back on my card with in 24 hours. I slide my card again and it cleared. I was immediately notified by text and confirmed on my walmart green dot money card that the second transaction had posted and cleared as well. That was three days ago. The money still has not been returned. I went in to customer service yesterday and they said there is NOTHING they can do. My only option is to contact the 1800 number on my Walmart green dot money card and put a 2 week hold on my card for them to investigate. My rent is due on the first. I was not prepared for WALMART to steal money from me! I am completely shocked and disappointed. People should know this can happen! Please be warned! No one has apologized for any of this! It's been about a week ago now, and so I apologize for waiting until now to write this review. I didn't want to forget about writing it though, as these employees deserve to be complimented. Their names are Teresa, Caylee, and Jonathan. These 3 employees went over and above to help a wheelchair bound man. I work for a transportation company, and when I arrived to pick up my rider, Teresa was there waiting for me alongside the gentleman, I was there to pick up. He had tons of groceries, and lots of heavy items, including cases of bottled water. As soon as I parked in front of the store, the other 2 employees, Caylee and Jonathan were right there to help load! All three were so courteous and helpful, I was truly impressed! I hope they are recognized by Walmart and their managers for a Great Job/Great Employees! read more

I spent an hour placing a $300 grocery order with this location for our vacation. It was canceled at 1AM the day of with no courtesy call or heads up. We had a long day of driving with two dogs, elderly parents and a toddler. The customer service response was "oh well, sorry about that...nothing we can do but try it for tomorrow" which was not helpful as we were picking up on our way through. EVERYTIME I go to get my sons monthly refills they never have it in stock and the staff in this Walmart supercenter pharmacy are incredibly rude they have even went as far as to yell at me for my disabled son making to much noise in line as we wait on his brothers meds . not to mention they have went as far as to publicly embarrass my husband the on time I asked him to get me tampons the door man was very rude and made him pull them and receipt out of the bag to show him. the people in customer service was incredibly rude as well they never honor there online prices and always treat you like your wasting there time. The money center is never open ! and the people running the money center are morons they ripped my check while they where trying to cash it for me then told me oops sorry guess you'll have to ask your boss for a new one because we cant cash this even though they ripped it and multiple witnesses saw it happen. took it to another Walmart and they cashed it right away and said there was no reason the other Walmart couldn't cash it. so if you enjoy have a miserable experience and being treated and talked to poorly then this is the Walmart for you. at this Walmart the customers are never right. they harrase disabled children and treat you like a thief and trash . good luck to anybody who has the misfortune of going here! read more

I'm traveled from Florida to Branson Mo and I noticed something wrong with my car tires. I stopped by this Walmart and the auto service manager checked my tires for me and showed me how to find the proper air pressure reading !! He was so nice and helpful and professional ! I have had a go around with them. They keep over charging me and charging me when I have not rented from them since the 28th of March. I have had to get a new bank card. Everytime I have called they say they haven't charged me, I would not recommend renting from them. read more

this walmart was unlike any walmart i have ever seen! this walmart had alchahol! i've never seen that before. they also had very good safety precautions regarding covid-19. they also had very many things that i haven't seen at any walmart. they had a wide variety of things such as shirts to cleaning supplies. this had to be the best walmart i have ever visited. def recommend! read more

I've been shopping weekly or even more often at this store for eight years and have no complaints. The clerks are very friendly and helpful when I need it. I love the new grocery on-line order and store pickup service. Sometimes when I get something I don't like it is no-hassel returns for refunds. The self checkouts also are great in eliminating waiting time at the registers. No one encouraged me to write this review. I just like Walmart and hate all the condescending opinions by people who have enough money to shop elsewhere -- although Walmart does have good quality name brand merchandise on most of the the things I want to buy. read more

What can you say about Wal-Mart in a review that everyone doesn't already know? I guess touch on how this one differs from others. The store always appears clean. I've never observed any scary practices in the deli department. Their prices, of course, are very competitive and we buy all our basics here. I don't care for their offerings in the meat department much and rarely buy meat there. I am also surprised that their selection of international foods is rather sparse, considering how diverse the area is becoming. Overall, this is where we buy the bulk of our groceries, mainly due to price. read more

Called the Tire Center to schedule an appointment to get 4 new tires put on my car, they put me on hold (set the phone down, I could hear them laughing and chatting) and never picked back up after 20 minutes of waiting I hung up. I guess it was for the best because last time I got tires put on here it took 3 hours and that was with an appointment. Big O Tires in Hollister is 100% better, they don't waste your time and you save money. read more

I wish I could give less stars. This Walmart is irresponsible and makes fun of guests while they are in earshot. I informed a guest service employee about a VERY ill fish with an abscess on her side. The employee told me one fish didn't really matter but she would let her management know. I went to my family who was still nearby and heard her tell her manager. The two of them made fun of me and the manager said she was going to bakery and left. Neither of them saw me standing there. I am so disappointed in this terrible service. This store was not busy. People were easy to find who weren't doing anything. Someone could have spared that second to go check on the fish. Even if they had simply flushed the poor thing it would still be better than letting it continue to contort to the side from its illness. (usually in beta this is constipation. It comes from irregular feedings and mismanaged environmental stress i.e. seeing the other fish.) read more

Walmarts customer service is atrocious. Upon spending $750 and waiting for at least 7 hours for four new tires at our local Walmart, we had one of the wheels fall off while driving. The simple reason why is that the lug nuts came loose and fell off. Both the guy who pulled over to help and the tow truck driver agreed that it was loose lug nuts that caused it to fall off. While we were lucky that no one got hurt, the back end of our truck got damaged pretty heavily. Of course, we filed a claim with Walmart and after a week of waiting and having to pay almost $100 in cab fares to get to work, we have been informed that our claim was denied. I am now well aware of the recommended process of Re-torquing the wheels after so many miles as a safety precaution. However, it is only a recommendation and not a requirement. It was also never verbally presented to us by the automotive department. So basically after spending $750 on the tires, $100 in cab fares and $100 to get the truck towed from the road, I am $950 down and have been told that I won't be helped in any way. This isn't the first time we have received terrible customer service from Walmart, however, it will be the last time. I can tell you right now that if this were a Target problem that it would have been resolved by now. Walmart is the most profitable company in the world and they should be able to help put things back in order and help the person who chose to give them the business in the first place. Your reputation for low prices might be what keeps you in business but your awful service and lack of care for your customers will be your downfall. Right now I just want some help in getting this sorted out and get my truck back to the way it was. read more
