This was perhaps the best clinic visit I have ever had! My NP, Lauren Papp was a total doll. She went above and beyond to help me in a quite a bad spot. She totally listened to me, talked to me like I was an equal and was straightforward and honest. At a completely reasonable rate for a 30 min visit. She spent more time talking to me than my "REGULAR" doctor! Not only did she gave me an excellent exam, the medication was sent right over to their pharmacy. It was seamless! The worst. First they need to get rid of the guy Dave at the register. Makes inappropriate comments while paying. Management is a nasty guy with no customer service. I've been going there for 7 years. Now they have a new system my phone number doesn't come up under someone else's name. Instead of fixing the problem He tells me I have to deal with CVS. All I wanted to do was buy products which I will never do again. He's a horrible manager. I'm done with that store. read more

The store itself and the clinic are fine. They were great with my kids giving them flu shots. But this CVS has made it so incredibly difficult to get to a person on the phone. it's impossible to bypass the bot when you have a question that you need a human to answer. it's so frustrating that I would change pharmacies if there was another one near me. read more

This place still SUCKS. They have bungled my prescription before by putting the wrong pills in the wrong bottle. I left them! Then when I was out looking to get a prescription filled because I didn't have prescription insurance I checked their prices. They WERE TRIPLE the price of the same prescription at Walmart. NOW--- they have sunk to even lower standards. They advertise FREE FLU AND COVID vaccines. I got my flu shot at the Dr office, but they don't carry COVID vaccines. So I go where it's free. Made the appointment, went to the store, waited in line, was asked for my insurance card (all normal so far). It was taking her awhile and I made the comment why do you need it anyway, it's free! She said NO. I pointed to the signed with BIG lettering that said FREE FLU AND COVID SHOTS! She then pointed out at the bottom in very SMALL lettering *most insurances excepted. I don't have prescription insurance so my COST is $200! I said forget it and walked out. The next time I get COVID I will make a point to return to that store and shop for awhile exposing as many employees as I can. The customers in the store will be unfortunate colateral damage. Normally I have not had issue with this pharmacy, but clearly there has been a staff change and their courtesy to the customer has been lost. When I went to check out, the person operating the register was pushing for people to use the self checkout rather than have them handle the check out claiming it would be easier and faster. Little to say the self check out does not work and took four times as long to use. I consider myself techno savvy and able to follow on screen instructions but even following the instructions the machine did not work unless the employee who also was not able to get it to work herself needed help from a supervisor who just laughed that the system sucks but not his problem. The staff should not be pushing customers to use a self check out system that does not work. I understand this may be a corporate decision but the self checkout system is awful and should be entirely replaced prior to telling customer they have to use it. read more

Just plain awful. Go to a different pharmacy. They will make you wait online and when it's your turn to get your medication they all act like it's the first day at work. No one knows a thing. I wait in line they have my medication right there in a bag rdy to go. They tell me the cost and I have the coupon right there to be punched in. They tell me to come back another time. It will take too long to punch in the coupon code and adjust the cost. This is something they've done multiple time as the coupon has to be put in every single time I get my medication. I don't have time for this bs game. To come back and forth all day long because they don't know how to use their own computers. They're so nasty too. They refused to give me my medication. They refused to take the coupon information to make the cost less. It takes a few minutes but all of a sudden it take a really long time. They do this to hassle the customers because they're all on some weird power trip. Fire all people who don't know how to use a computer and also provide some reasonable customer service. If this was any other business then a pharmacy they would be out of business. Because it's a pharmacy it's the only reason why they can act horrible to customers. All I can say is what goes around comes around. The next time one of these ladies have something they need help with I hope karma comes and gives them the day they deserve. read more

I understand things are stressful due to chaos lately, but this place is way too disorganized and unprepared for refills. It's very dangerous for me to miss a day of taking my medication. Never had any issue with them. They have been very helpful every time. In their defense of bad reviews I have been witness to some of the verbal abuse towards the staff when the customer did not get what they wanted. My only thing I could do without is the 5 foot long receipt when buying only 2 or 3 items. read more

Ordinarily I wouldn't bother reviewing a drug store, but I've been going to this CVS for over 10 years and I'm just so sick of the rude people in the pharmacy that I decided I had to say something. I'm not sure if it's because they are under-staffed or they all fight with their spouses right before coming to work, but they are abrupt, unfriendly, standoffish and not at all helpful. I hate to blanket everyone in the pharmacy, but it has honestly been my experience with everyone that I have interacted with: they make me feel like I am interrupting them, and they are just too busy to help me. Yah, I get that it's a busy pharmacy but I just don't feel it's right to make me feel like I'm intruding. It's really a shame because the store is well-stocked and the front end cashiers are friendly but I think it's time to try the Rite-Aid across the street. read more

My wife and I are both diabetic and need test strips and lancets to check our blood sugar daily. We used to order these from mail order and decided to try this location. Our first prescription was filled in July, 2020. When the first refill situation came I had a hard time getting it refilled, claiming my endocrinologist did not put the right diagnostic code. It was resolved by me calling the doctor. This endocrinologist has been our doctor for almost 15 years so I found it unusual for him to put the wrong code. The same situation arose several days before Christmas . I called my doctor for a new prescription. I went to the pharmacy a week before Christmas and they told me they need the diagnostic code. I called my doctor on 12/21 then went in person to the pharmacy on 12/23. I was told the diagnostic code was still needed. I called the doctor and found their office was closed and will not open till 12/28. On 12/26 I got a message that my wife's test strips etc. we're ready. I called the pharmacy and asked if my prescription was ready too. No was the answer so I said my wife and I had the same doctor. At 1030am on 12/26 I got a message that mine was ready too. Now I was furious . I went to the pharmacy and asked how could the diagnostic code come from the doctor if the doctor's office is closed from 12/23 till 12/28? They got the proper diagnostic code on 12/22! These personnel are lazy or inefficient or both! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Beware of CVS's filling prescriptions you didn't authorize for refill and then slipping them in the stapled bag with the ones you did order. This is especially harmful to seniors who don't drive and have a neighbor or caregiver pick them up for you. They said, with lots of attitude, they sent me a text. I opted out of their text program a long time ago. Iit took four phone calls before they stopped. They refuse to take the meds back. I didn't need the med and when I do, I'll use my mail away company. CVS charged me 6 times what I would have paid! How many seniors has this happened to? No one expects their Caregiver to open the bag and go through it to check what's inside. This is a scam all seniors need to be aware of. I don't quite go here a lot, usually rude customer service. However, I came across a deal that saved about 90% on a canvas print when the codes are entered online. Got an email today that it was a system error and that they are cancelling the order. Its the stores fault, I would think they would keep the promise of the discount they offered as apologies anyway. Smh, I'll be taking my business to Walgreens from here on out. read more
