The person I spoke to when entering the pharmacy while on hold from home.

The pharmacy at 2112 Whiteplains is the best. I'm thankful that the team has exceeded all my expectations.

The afternoon line at the White Plains Road CVS.

Another awful experience at CVS. T is 6:30 PM and there are at least 25 people in line to get their prescription Only one person is working and that person also handles the customers waiting on the side who over take anyone standing in line. The person who delivers the waiting scripts could easily take 2 minutes and call out that persons name and do the register transaction. Worse store in the whole chain. Avoid the pharmacy especially as they are understaffed. The store hours on the website is also wrong and if you call the store they hardly ever answer. No one cares as you would never know that the store has a manager or even a regional manager. Plus the shelves are pretty empty of needed products. Jorelyn is the best thing this store has going for consistently great customer service!

I assume that the CVS company would frown greatly on having a Pharmacy that looks like this.

I have never seen such a disorganized mess of a business in my entire life. Their service is "just do enough to get by and nothing more" motto. I had a prescription that was received by this pharmacy on November 8th. It turned out that the medicine (which was extremely important to me) was not covered by my insurance. There was no phone call, no text message about this situation and all that happened was that it sat for 3 additional days with no concern of customer follow-up. I should have had the option to buy it with or without insurance. But again the prescription just sat there, and they also had the product in stock! There is a photo below of just how unorganized and messy the pharmacy is. It explains a lot as to how anyone can even think to follow up with a customer.

This is the best pharmacy in whole of New York, and pharmacists are friendly and efficient - a rare commodity in other places .

I typically don't write reviews unless an issue is persistent, but after at least three separate…read morenegative experiences, I felt compelled to share this. Most recently, we attempted to pick up a prescribed antibiotic cream for our 4-month-old baby with mild dermatitis. The first staff member we encountered couldn't locate the prescription in their system, despite it having been sent by our pediatrician. Her response was dismissive and unhelpful: "I can't do anything; it's not in the computer." We confirmed with the pediatrician that the prescription was correctly sent and even had them resend it, this was not the first time this Walgreens failed to find an active prescription. Eventually, a more senior staff member located it and told us it would be prepared. Ten minutes later, they returned saying it would cost over $800 because it was not covered by insurance. The next day, our pediatrician's office was stunned. Their in-house pharmacy provided us with two tubes of the same cream at no cost and apologized profusely. I don't know what is wrong with the system, or staff, at this location, but quoting $800 for a simple antibiotic cream and repeatedly failing to locate prescriptions is unacceptable. We are switching pharmacies permanently. It's deeply concerning to consider what could happen if a more urgent or life-saving medication were involved. This level of disorganization and carelessness is not just inconvenient, it's dangerous. I just don't have the time and energy to engage myself in suing them. Finally, I'd like to make one more observation. While the line at this pharmacy is usually not long, typically 3 to 5 people, it consistently moves painfully slowly. It often takes 20-30 minutes just to serve a single customer. I don't want to speak on behalf of others, but it's hard to ignore the visible frustration and frequent complaints from people ahead of us. This recurring pattern strongly suggests that systemic issues are affecting more than just isolated cases. I may not know each customer's situation, but from what I've seen repeatedly, I am likely not alone in experiencing major service failures at this location. My advice: stay away, especially if you're trying to fill an active or time-sensitive prescription.

Pharmacy - 4 stars The pharmacy is great for the most part…read more It doesn't stay open for very long on weekends and major holidays, so be wary of that. If there's a problem with your prescription, the pharmacists are almost always willing to help you resolve the issue, rather than leave you to figure it out on your own. The pharmacy manager is definitely the best; she's very knowledgeable and offers great customer service. The wait time for picking up prescriptions is sometimes long, but I guess there isn't much that can be done about that. I wish they had more chairs in the waiting area - as of now, there are only three. Photo Shop - 5 stars I haven't patronized this Walgreens's photo shop very much, so I can't give a comprehensive review of it. I've mainly visited it for passport photos. In my experience, the wait time has always been minimal and the staff very helpful. No complaints. They offer personalized photo products, but I can't attest to the quality or wait time of these products as I've never purchased them. It's also stocked with a good amount of SD and miniSD cards, as well as some old-fashioned Kodak disposable cameras (not sure if they offer to process the film from these cameras, though). I'm pretty sure they also sell digital cameras. Beauty Department - 4 stars They carry all the major pharmacy brands. They have a lot of L'Oreal, Maybelline, and Revlon makeup products; a good number of products from all the other brands (Milani, Rimmel, Wet n Wild, Sally Hansen); and some random cheap brands. They also carry a good selection of perfumes and colognes, but these are stored behind the register, so you have to ask to see them. They also do let you sample them, which is helpful. They also carry some beauty tools, grooming tools, and nail products. I had to knock off a star, however, for the annoying way that they stock their personal care products, which are in the same aisle as their beauty products. The deodorants are kept behind individual sliding plastic 'doors' that have to be slid all the way down to the end to get a product from the middle. The razors are kept behind a lock and you have to ring the customer service bell to get a person to come unlock it for you. You'll find yourself pressing the bell multiple times before anyone comes to help you. When someone does finally come, it'll be someone who appears to be very annoyed and who stands over you as you inspect the product. It's just easier to get a nearby working employee to help you than to ring the bell. They claim these added safety measures are to prevent shoplifting, but they just make the shopping experience more difficult than it needs to be. Also, if shoplifting is such a big problem that they have to lock up their products, then what the hell is the security guard who stands at the front of the beauty aisle doing? Customer Service - 3 stars The customer service is hit-or-miss here. Some employees offer impeccable customer service, even running around the entire store just to find a product for you. Others give minimal effort to helping you, if they even give any effort at all. One thing I know for sure: if you want any product that's locked up (razors, hair styling tools, special feminine hygiene products) FOR THE LOVE OF GOD don't ring the bell. It takes forever for anyone to help you and the loudspeaker makes an annoying announcement every time you press it (which causes people to stare at you and be annoyed with you). Just find an employee who's walking around or something. Or visit the Rite-Aid across the street, which doesn't have nearly as many items locked up. Overall - 4 stars The store is small, so it may not have everything you came for. If you use the Walgreens website's 'Find in Store' feature, it's not always accurate for this store (or for any Walgreens stores, really). Often times, I have looked up a product on the website, found it to be listed as 'In Stock' in this store, and visited the store just to find that they either are out of stock or never even carried it. The best stocked aisles are the dental hygiene aisle, the home cleaning aisle, the personal care aisle (probably because no one can reach the locked up products in this aisle), and the food aisle. They now have a rewards card, which is pretty useful. I recommend signing up for it. You don't even have to carry it when you purchase things, you can just enter the phone number you signed up for the card with at the register and you'll get the rewards. Customer service is alright, depending on the person who helps you. The lines sometimes get long, and they often open up a register in another department when this happens. They have good, sizable parking behind the building, so that's a plus. Overall, it's not a bad store, but not exceptional either.

They still denied that | also went into my membership portal that showed them My coverage is active They denied that as well leven gave them a number for them to call based on providers and pharmacies and because it's the weekend they weren't able to get thru but my print up from the medical office and the portal both shown that eligible for visit and pharmacy, if I'm dealing with this and I have private insurance 1199 my bear goes out to those on public insurance in 2026 there is no room for lazy pharmacies that don't have the time to update their systems. If you're acquiring money from the public, you should be putting that back to make each interaction is convenient for everybody. I've never had to pay out-of-pocket my whole life for my insurance, but the only resolution they can come to since their system was inadequate was for me to pay $50 and to get reimbursed for my insurance DO NOT COME HERE Instead, use Walgreens use Parkchester pharmacy I'm always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Especially today Parkchester pharmacy was a huge help. All I had to do was give my information last name date of birth. They found my prescriptions instantly and I was out.
