I had an Eric help me and a Jay help her. They both were personable and super helpful. They were friendly and didn't make being there as a chore. They both provided useful information we both needed and were able to help us resolve our issues. The store is spacious and looks like most apple stores. It's on the first level of the mall and very open. You can't miss it. Nice to see an apple store in the Bronx. Excited to see what's to come with the store.

I asked why do I make an appointment and he said I don't know but everyone else did too! I asked if I could leave and they could message me when they're available since I have my dog and he said I could have a seat and no. He was so rude. And now - despite me telling them that I've tried different chargers (etc) they're telling me I have to wait to see if it charges. I can also include a picture of that. The phone doesn't charge. So don't come up and pretend to help me to just tell me the same thing I told you.
