Convenient location and one of the largest cvs pharmacies I have ever been in. Good selection especially because it is a large cvs.

I still go to Walmart for vaccinations, they do that well though the wait is pretty long. CVS in Sunnyvale is the worst for everything. The communication and accuracy there is not good. The friendly pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy answers my questions, finds the best price for my prescription with my two insurances and fills my order promptly. I like the independent business atmosphere where I actually get to speak to the pharmacist instead of a succession of rotating staff with a lot of customers bustling around. I highly recommend Sunnyvale Pharmacy!

I have never seen a pharmacist go above and beyond for his patients like the pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy. Twice, I have tried to have a script filled at the Tom Thumb pharmacy by my house, and even though I have been getting the same prescription every month for years, they'll tell me that they have to order it and it'll be a week before it comes in. None of the other pharmacies close to me have it in stock, but when I contacted Sunnyvale Pharmacy, they had it in stock both times!

I told them I get free supplies through my insurance company anyway. They said they would just send a return label for me. Well I don't remember getting it or if I did maybe I misplaced it. Either way why should I have to bother with wasting my time going to the post office for something I didn't order? So now it is 2016 and they have decided to send me a 40 dollar bill for said supplies. I still have them sitting in the box never used. I told them to go ahead and send me a new label and I will be generous with my time and send them back. No they want the money. They said when they sent the last label they told me I had 60 days to send them back. I totally don't remember that.

I sent them several emails stating this, no response. I called them after getting a harassing collections call and told them to make this go away. Nope, call center guy didn't have any authority. After a deep sigh he transferred me to his supervisor, who offered to reduce the fee by 75%. Again, something I didn't need or want. I am pursuing this on principle through any avenue I can find until they realize the negative and impersonal way they have handled this is going to cost them a lot more than $45.
