Well besides the staff still being as good as ever, the store got some updates and it's pretty amazing. Nothing to complain about.

I understand some of the reviews, but my personal experience with this pharmacy is generally exceptional. I've occasionally run into complications, mostly due to issues related to insurance, or a rare inventory shortage. Overall, I am pleased. There are a couple pharmacy workers who have gone the extra mile to help me, and I'm very grateful. The app has helped streamline the pharmacy orders. The worst my doctor sent in my prescription an hour before discharge so I could have my medicine on time because it was crucial without it and they still took 2 hours to fill then said they couldn't find them ! Ridiculous! read more

I heard you could go through the pharmacy drive thru for some basic items, so I went through to get two masks and a razor of any kind. The guy at the window told me the pharmacist told him to tell me "you can just come on in and get it yourself." I was the only person in line at a non-busy time. I called to talk to the pharmacist who told me he did say that but just not that way. Seriously? This is how the customer is treated? I would've come in if I could've. Just went here to get my script filled. Was waiting for my doctor to call back, out of the way of other people, and one of the employees loudly and rudely told me to "either go home or sit down." Will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Get better employees read more

No one ever answers the phone in the Pharmacy. I tried for over 2 hrs, multiple times to get SOMEONE to answer. My husband needs his ozempic filled and online it only says his prescription is on Hold. You can't find out why or if they need further info to fill. Worst customer service, that has nothing to do with COVID. Only went to this pharmacy because of Medicare and had to pick a pharmacy to use. Would definitely go elsewhere if were able to read more
