I knew it wasn't-he refused to try and run it again. I needed the RXs so paid cash for them. I spent part of the next day at the bank and dealing with them about my "bad" check -which my bank said was fine. I filled out the review they requested on my experience shopping there and got an email to my PERSONAL account from the pharmacist reiterating that the check was bad! So I just got my bank statement and guess what went through? Yeah. The check was NOT bad and cleared my bank just fine-just like I knew it should have PLUS I had paid cash for the same RXs--so CVS got paid twice for my RXs AND embarrassed me in front of others that I write bad checks! Wow! Glad this isn't my regular pharmacy! Not shopping in there ever again-for anything! What a scam-telling me the check was bad, yet it cleared the bank and then requiring me to pay again to get my RXs!

I had an amazing experience attending Walmart pharmacy yesterday. My dad recently went into…read morehospice, and the hospice social worker said that they would transfer dad's billing to hospice. When I went to pick his meds up, this hadn't been done yet. Patricia, the pharmacy tech was SO patient and kind. She called hospice and was able to enter the correct information, explained so kindly that they'd need to set his meds up differently for hospice and why, and that they ended to order a different med in one instance. She checked with the pharmacist a couple of times to make sure she was giving me the correct information, and she was! I felt very cared for and appreciated her compassion and kindness.

This place is pretty much the same as any other chain drugstore, when looking for miscellaneous toiletries or maybe to fill a prescription. And that's why I've been here several times - to stock up. Convenience = 3 Stars. My only thing I'll never forgive CVS for is taking over the Target pharmacy business and getting rid of their uniquely designed red (with color code collars) prescription bottles.

So I figured fair enough, you're not who I go to first so I then made my way down to where it said pick up. I waited, then I saw another woman so now they both saw me and didn't acknowledge me. Then the woman asked a customer behind me if he was there to pick up, helped him for awhile and then walked away. I said excuse me she acted annoyed and I asked about filling a Rx and she said "go to the computers". So I'm thinking go to the other end since the guy working was so adamant to ignore me. The woman and guy both watched while I went to the other end and noticed it was all closed off. No one said anything. I asked the guy there for help and he never even looked at me, while he gruffly asked "date of birth??" and then stated "you have nothing here" then shamed me for asking further questions about if they contact my dr or if I do. Ya know, simple WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT questions with how to get my Rx filled since I'm AT THE PHARMACY. I couldn't even hear the rest of anything he was saying. He was so pleased that I had to walk up and down trying to figure things out and that I now couldn't hear him while I was asking what to do next about my shameful "controlled substance". I never bother writing bad reviews but my skin is still crawling I'm so angry. There's no way to describe just how gross it was that they we're both so pleased to be unhelpful. I've worked in service forever. I get it and I certainly never expect anyone to be smiling and bubbly but this was purposeful disrespect. I tried calling the…read morestore, who transferred me to the pick up and delivery department, but as usual, they never answered. I finally just called 1-800-Walmart. The AI assistant tried to help me but told me I couldn't get the rest of the groceries, and a technical error prevented her from refunding me. I asked to be transferred to a real person. He was actually able to help me, although replacing my missing items was not an option. He processed my refund and was very pleasant. This is not the first time that a delivery from this Walmart has been botched. As a matter of fact, it's either missing items or simply not delivered at least 50% of the time. If it wasn't for the decent prices, I'd quit going there altogether. So frustrating!
