I went to the ER for kidney stones and was given 7 prescriptions that were detrimental to my speedy recovery. I spoke to a pharmacy clerk last night who told me I was good to go and that my scripts would be available first thing in the morning. I get here and nothing! They asked for my birthday 7 times and my name 5 different times, between the tech and the doctor, who barely seemed like he knew what he was doing. Pulled up all the wrong information and prescriptions. THEN, told me that my tricare wasn't valid and they were unable to fill my meds. HOW DO YOU NOT CALL AND LET SOMEONE KNOW THIS VITAL PIECE OF INFORMATION. I literally have a crystallized stones tearing up my damn kidney and y'all didn't think this was important to tell me!?!? Thank goodness I also have insurance through my job. Finally they seem to scramble to find my information between 4 freaking people and then tell me that'll be 30 minutes until my stuff is ready. I don't think I can ever return to a civilian pharmacy again. Back to all the bases I go. Walgreens, Shame on you for hiring people who don't care about the consequences on patients for their negligent and flippant behavior to not doing things properly or correctly. Y'all might have a lawsuit on your hands before you know it, and I can't say y'all won't deserve it.

Plenty of parking space, Chairs to sit in and counter service during non-peak hours is great. Use a little common sense and learn more about your pharmacy, before casting doubts. Go inside and shop and also learn their Online Process about registering for Delivery service. I am a geezer but still know that patience and homework , solve a lot of our misunderstandings and realize in this day and age--medicines are a Major Industry and supply is a specialized personal effort on Pharmacies. The woman at the counter told me only 1 of my 3 prescriptions was filled. I asked if I could quickly make a call to find out why, she said yes, and while standing right there in front of her, I found out my insurance issue was literally caused by one letter being off in my name. As soon as I explained that, instead of helping, she immediately said, "I can't help you, we close in 30 seconds." The time was 7:58 PM -- not even 8:00 yet. She didn't even bother checking me out for the one prescription that was already filled. I understand employees want to leave on time, but refusing to help someone who just came from the hospital, standing there in an ankle boot, over a matter of minutes was unbelievably cold and unprofessional. I was literally trying to move as fast as possible while injured, only to be dismissed. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. Make my way to the area and find the item of what I needed for him. After looking items over and making the best decision for him, and after a quick consultation with his mother we found our way to the register. The checking out process was very lackluster. Instead of it being customer service oriented, it felt like you were being watched by a guard at a prison. The sole employee that I saw while in here was standing guard at the register area. No affect on their face, no interaction of any kind, just a kind of 'get your stuff and get out' attitude. Glad that this is not my neighborhood CVS. Or that my office is located anywhere near here. I would definitely go out of my way to go to any other location or a competitor.

CVS needs to do better with ensuring everyone received the appropriate services no matter what CVS branch you are visiting.
