These…read morefolks have chosen to refuse to provide my friend's nausea pills, antacid pills, antibiotics he might need, etc out of sheer unprofessionalism. They have never met this person, he is very handicapped, in fact he's bed bound, and he has both an SP catheter and a colostomy bag. This poor man!! Why are they refusing? When they didn't have the pain meds he was receiving on a regular basis -whoever does their ordering is not on the ball - we had to find another pharmacy that could fill his prescription. There was no hocus pocus going on. Then when I called to speak with them about this it was brought up that months ago, no day or time was given, someone in their pharmacy apparently heard me, just the errand girl, mutter under my breath that the pharmacist is a dink. This is why they won't now, months later, fill any of his prescriptions. Does any of this make sense to you? First of all, I have no recollection of calling the pharmacist a dink, but now today, I do believe that term is fitting, in fact I'd also add unprofessional, uncaring, and likely in the wrong profession. THIS PHARMACY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Shop there if you choose to, but know that the folks who serve you there have no problem slighting and causing inconvenience for others no matter how ill and/or disabled they are, and apparently they stand around making up stories and then going overboard with their reactions. With people who behave in this off-the-wall manner, whose heads work like that, I'd worry that they're doing the rest of their job correctly, too. I'd beware of getting pharmaceuticals from this pharmacy. You don't have to go far, though, to be treated fairly and with respect, Walgreens is just across the street.

There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst.
