I went to the store for the first time in a while and interacted with the rudest manager, watched her completely ignore her employee who talked to her and then heard another manager on a walkie talkie be incredibly rude while the check out person was helping me. What happened?? They used to have a happy go lucky kind of guy who was so nice and welcoming rather than scolding and biting managers who degrade their employees. There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst. I was so sad to see miserable employees who used to be happier. There were piles of stuff around the store blocking displays, Black Friday prep I imagine? It was not like that in years prior. I ordered at Starbucks and it took a pretty long time to get a tall latte, I really don't think I'll be back to the store as a customer -- the managers are driving people online and killing the store. The coupon CLEARLY stated that it "did not need to be printed - just 'show' or 'mention' discount/coupon to pharmacy". I showed this to him. He said he "did not care". His reasoning was.... "given the situation" read corona virus, he "did not want to have to handle my phone". ???? there was no need for him to handle my phone. Period. He could plainly see the coupon as well as the part stating that the discount "did not need to be printed - just 'show' or 'mention' discount/coupon to pharmacy". So, to recap, he did not want to handle my phone so badly that that he made me drive back to stoughton (he was aware of where/how far I had to go), open my printer/turn it on, load paper and print the page containing the discount, then carry that piece of paper back to him in McFarland, hand it to him for his perusal, at which point he filled my script. I won't harp on about how stupid his actions were. If he were truly acting out of concern about 'contact', the above paragraph detailing his actions says all that needs to be said about his grasp of the definition of theword"contact". Also, just to be clear I called the people who are running the discount just to make absolutely sure I did not need to print the coupon. I didn't. End of story. So yeah, the guy is a complete dick. P.S. This refers to the location in McFarland ONLY. Never been to the other location - and it is owned by someone else.

The Husband drove us to Walgreens & took my new insurance card in. He came back to the car, no Rx in hand. They had "run" my insurance card but the meds were not ready. It was another 3 hours befoe they finally texted the meds were ready. And they still did not have my insurance card entered. We had to bring it in again. What if I been sitting there the whole time? This is not my first time to be underwhelmed here, I just don't like to write negative comments for a first time problem unless it is significant. It's much farther to Costco, but their Pharmacy has never let me down.

Ive had multiple seizures from the withdrawals that im not gonna report because I dont want my license suspended. Along with high anxiety and powerful rebound pain I have to wait till Monday morning to transfer my prescriptions to CVS. Do not use this pharmacy as beyond this it takes them 5 hours to fill a prescription most days. When its a refill day on my pain meds I sometimes have to go till 3 in the afternoon without pain meds. Pick any place but this one unless you like torture.

The space was small with two stalls, and the changing table was set up outside of the handicap stall in the main area. This was especially problematic because if I put down the table, it blocked the door to the handicap stall ( blocking others from using/leaving it). As a first time mom, I was flustered and disappointed. It was better to change my child's diaper in the car. TLDR: bathrooms are not designed with families in mind.
