Convenient drive thru pick up located across from McDonalds next to Taco Bell, the new Chic Fil A, and Walmart. The service is on point, no small talk no nada, hand it over and go. In and out in less then 3 minutes with the convenience of AC in the truck. I went inside a few times to a cheerful greet, organized everything, clean and neat. One star knocked off for the wasp nest in the drive thru, a few time a wasp tried to hitch a ride on take off. read more

I was told my medication done at a certain hours later I'm still waiting on medication. Take their time. Waiting over 5 hours after they gave you a time is crazy. I'm going to transfer my medication to another pharmacy. Going all day without my medication is very painful and stressful read more

I'd give zero stars if allowed. the absolute worst cvs pharmacy ever. I thought maybe it was that bunch of women working, and months... even years later, new group of women and this pharmacy just needs to shut down and re train in simple customer service. if you don't like to help people then this is not the profession for you!! read more

The nurse practioner Althea Chung-Ferguson although seemed quite adept my visit did not start out well. I checked in at the kiosk while she was with another patient , and apparently she is notified or maybe it was because she saw me in the waiting area when she came out to show the patient where to find something in store. She comes back, enters LPN's office and comes out and re enters her own office leaving the door open. Just before the LPN comes out she says in a low voice "oh I see him" to which the LPN apparently doesn't hear. I am confronted by the LPN in a rude manner wanting to know if I had an appointment? When I replied yes she asked for my name to verify. Maybe they were ready for an early lunch since my appointment was at 12:30. There's much more that could be written such as my prescription that was supposed to be phoned in to another pharmacy wasn't and the LPN telling me that the person I talked to the following morning had no way to tell if the script was sent in even though she said that it wasn't and worked for Minute clinic, and then the PN tellng me that the other pharmacy need to get there stuff together as if I worked at the other pharmacy. In short these two "professionals" are very unprofessional and need to learn how to deal with the public. read more

TERRIBLE!!! AWFUL PEOPLE WHO DON'T DESERVE TO TRY AND TREAT PEOPLE! They not only mis-diagnosed me and prescribed me the incorrect medication, but they refused to send out my prescriptions in the first place?? It took me 2 days to get my prescriptions that ended up making me worse and I had to go to the hospital. I was told they prescribed me medicine that did nothing for what was actually wrong and they told me to take over the counter drugs that ended up worsening my condition. I do not drive either and no one answered the phone from 8 am-5pm the day after my visit as I was trying to get my prescriptions and when my brother showed up they told him they were closed for the day - but it said open??? I have a severe infection in my lungs now even tho when I was there I told the doctor that I think it's an infection and her response was "Um why do you think that?" and had to call another doctor in the room. YES REGINA MINOR AND HER LITTLE "HELPER" WHO GOT OFFENDED WHEN I TOLD HER I DO NOT HAVE STREP EVEN THO I TOOK THE TEST AND GOT CHARGED FOR IT AND CALLED YOU IN THE ROOM INSTEAD. read more

This place is the worst place to get medication filled. The employees are so rude and unprofessional. I drop off a script at 10:30 am and it is 4:30 pm and I still don't have it. I called to get an update and they ask me am, I sure I dropped it off at this location. I answered yes. The employee said , they just found the script. Then the employee ask me if , I still wanted the medication fill. What uncommon sense employees do they have working at this CVS . Employees at this location needs to use common sense. This location is the worst place to deal with. I will never visit this place again. read more

From what I see this Pharmacy has been getting complaints since 2013. Do better. Anyway, I had to change my pharmacy because this damn place never answer the phone, my doctors office said the same. Honestly you'll be better off not trusting cvs with your prescriptions. They're rude and at times unprofessional. Publix pharmacy is 10x better. read more

Waited at the drive through for 15 minutes at around 4:30 pm, pushed the call button several times and nobody ever came to the window so I left. Didn't appear to be busy, so no idea what the deal was. Irritating. read more

They take an incredibly long time to fill a prescription. They used to fill while you wait but now it takes an hour or longer. I phoned in a prescription last night at 6pm and it still isn't ready at 2:30pm today. You go inside to get your prescription and there is always a line there with only one cashier who is usually working both the register and the drive-thru at the same time. read more

The employee Tammy was rude! I went to the clinic and when in her line to check out I had to cough. She made the comment to the customer in front of me that "I think they just cough to open another line." I guess since I was on my phone she thought I was not paying her any attention. So i spoke up and told her that I was coughing because I was sick and spend the last hour in your clinic. I feel that if Tammy has issues with people coughing she DOES NOT need to work at CVS where sick people go to see a doctor. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy in Atlanta. I usually love my local CVS but the employees at location are dangerously incompetent. Please, please please, do yourself a favor and go to another location because these employees have no idea that the business they are in is one critical for people. Call this location and be prepared to sit on hold for upward of 20 minutes. It takes an unfathomably long time to fill RX at this location and even then, they dont always give you the correct meds. I hate that i had to move my sick child anywhere near this worthless location. Waiting 2-3 days for epipens and other important meds is acceptable to this branch. I recently picked up a rx for promethazine and after taking it to my dr, i found out that it wasnt what it was supposed to be. She told me to take it back to them immediately. I did....only to get there to a line half way thru the store. There is ALWAYS a long, slow moving line. There is no sense of urgency for the employees here. I hope thr corporate office comes and cleans house one day....i mean the whole entire staff needs to go and start fresh. read more
