Once inside, the attendant was nice, but the prices are high and they have a three dollar minimum debit/credit charge. The bathrooms are horrible. The men's restroom is covered in graffiti, unflushed pee in the toilet, more unflushed pee in the urinal. The sink has a broken nozzle that shoots water out sideways like in a high school scene in some old movie. Yes, it soaked my pants while I attempted to scrub my arm. All around, not a good experience here.

I went in and looked around a couple areas of the store that it might've been in and I did find it near the pharmacy area, which was one of the likely spots to find it. Once I found what I needed, I realized it was quite expensive here which was expected, but as the need was there, I went ahead and grabbed it. I went up by the front register, and there was one person waiting to check out and no employees. An employee walked up and went right to the registers to take care of them and had problems at the register and finally had to transfer to a second register to try and check them out. It was at this point that more people started to get in line behind me. They had the same problems with the second register and had to call for help. We ended up with three people, trying to figure out the problem And one of them took me to the first register, and I mentioned that there had already been a problem there which they also experienced and so they took me across the way to the third register in the store and realized their phones were out along with some other problem. Luckily, the register did work And by the time I was checked out the lady that was checking her one item out had paid cash and was able to get through. In the end, I did get what I needed, but it was expensive and there was just a lot of inconvenience.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. My insurance company forces me to use cvs, which is very disappointing because I have never interacted with a more incompetent company. They take weeks to process any refills you need. When you call them to beg to get them in time they do not make any effort to actually get the medicine in on time. Even when they fill your requested prescription, it is never the correct dosage or the complete prescription. Save yourself a lot of time, energy, and side effects of not being able to take your medicine and go to Walgreens instead. I cannot stress how unhelpful the entire staff is. read more

I have to say that it does go a long way. You really cannot go wrong with Publix in terms of heading to a Publix for your supermarket needs. They are well-stocked, clean, staffed with an amazing team, and let's not forget those subs. I would definitely recommend this particular location of Publix and I will give it five stars overall.

For my compounded progesterone cream it contained synthetic progesterone instead of bio identical progesterone. Both prescriptions made me sick and I wasted my money. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy for compounded medications!
