This Walgreens always seems to have everything! It is super stocked at all times. I come in here and nine out of 10 times I get what I need. The store is VERY clean and taken care of. Very well lit and pretty. In the way of service, I've always had nothing but positive customer service interactions. I generally don't like shopping in drugstores anymore, but occasionally I do have a need to go into one. This one is close to my home and I needed to pick something up fairly quickly that we hope that they would have in stock. I went in and looked around a couple areas of the store that it might've been in and I did find it near the pharmacy area, which was one of the likely spots to find it. Once I found what I needed, I realized it was quite expensive here which was expected, but as the need was there, I went ahead and grabbed it. I went up by the front register, and there was one person waiting to check out and no employees. An employee walked up and went right to the registers to take care of them and had problems at the register and finally had to transfer to a second register to try and check them out. It was at this point that more people started to get in line behind me. They had the same problems with the second register and had to call for help. We ended up with three people, trying to figure out the problem And one of them took me to the first register, and I mentioned that there had already been a problem there which they also experienced and so they took me across the way to the third register in the store and realized their phones were out along with some other problem. Luckily, the register did work And by the time I was checked out the lady that was checking her one item out had paid cash and was able to get through. In the end, I did get what I needed, but it was expensive and there was just a lot of inconvenience. read more

Somehow my sunglasses decided that they didn't want to be in my backpack anymore and by the time I got here, it had turned into a situation. So much sun here in Florida, so I stopped. Perfectly adequate Walgreens that has all the usual stuff from a full-service pharmacy to cosmetics to snacks and drinks. Sunglasses selection had too many at the higher prices and not nearly enough at the lower prices. But I managed to find one and I was good to go. read more

I can't speak on the actual pharmacy portion of the store. With that being said, the store is very clean and organized with friendly and helpful employees. We stop here from time to time on our way to or from Tampa just to grab drinks; it's always a quick experience which is perfect. read more

Evil people ! I've been trying to get into the app for a while and I need my covid shot . They said I have to make an appointment on the app or online . The app won't work ! It's been two months now and I still can't get one . If they refuse me the shot again I will report them to the CDC ! I want my shot . Worst Walgreens ever. Several visits now I have waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for over 20 minutes. After getting out of line, still had too wait a minimum of 15 minutes inside to pick up a prescription. We've finally given up and will come back later. So I have been to this Walgreens like a handful of times to pickup pictures that I order online. Ordering online is always a breeze and they are always ready when I get there to pick them up. BUT I must say that every time I have stopped by the girl named Krystal is ALWAYS so rude. There is always a few of them just talking away and she acts like I'm interrupting them. She has a very rude attitude. At first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day BUT this last time I stopped by she was extremely rude. She seemed very bothered that I ask for my order. She gave me my pictures and said that she wasn't logged on to ring me up so I had to go on the other line upfront to check out. So I had to wait on another line which what's the point ordering online? I don't think they one I understand Spanish but you can clearly hear that she is bothered. She really needs an attitude check and needs to understand good customer service. I'm sorry if you don't care for your job but it is the job you chose. read more

The pharmacy department is horrible everyone has an attitude and looks like they don't want to work. Won't recommend at all.

I haven't written any reviews in this area but, this Walgreen's staff and the pharmacy are phenomenal compared to other pharmacy's the staff and pharmacist George has so much compassion. He is so friendly and understands life's curve balls. The other pharmacist, Lionell is also a very nice guy that understands patient concerns. George is like an energizer rabbit he keeps going and going and going. This store compared to other Walgreen's is so much better stocked. The store is very well maintained. Everyone is willing to help you find what you're looking for. Staff is friendly. read more

I will say this for tonight, the cashier was very rude. Either Walgreens policy has changed or tourists just make up their own rules made one single line for two separate registers so I went to the register with no line and got told off by a customer and then smart mouthed by the cashier. Which I told them both sorry but I'm a local and have been shopping here for years and there are two lines. The cashier then put my items back on the table, had to bag my own products and then was ignored as the next guest shoved his way to the cashier. Disappointed and I do shop here a lot, pharmacy is great and so are the other employees but this new girl and her attitude was terrible. read more

Another day, another Walgreens I've visited. It's not that I like one over the other and I'm certainly not going for a record of most Walgreens visited, it's all based on location. So I guess the nice thing is, there's always one close by! This particular location is conveniently set up by the on ramp for I4 east. Traffic can be very heavy in this area so be careful getting in and out. This store is very clean and it was easy to locate all my items. Turns out most of them were on sale but only if you have their Walgreens rewards card. Oddly enough I don't have that card. The cashier was very friendly and when she realized I didn't have it, she scanned one at the register for me anyways. read more

I frequent this store quite a bit and it's always a good experience. However my main reason for writing this review is to give praise for a wonderful employee and that's Andrew. His name tag says photo specialist but he's usually at the main register. His disposition is always pleasant and he is very kind and courteous. So much so I get upset when he says welcome to Walgreens and people say nothing back granted however he is soft spoken. That said he is the model of what a public facing, customer service employee should be. Bravo! read more

The pharmacy staff is terrific. So patient. Recently i needed special eye drops for a serious condition. They did not have them,but called several stores until they found it. A 15 minute drive,but worth it. The rest of the staff is nice too. Always greeted when you arrive. Someone is always around to help you locate things. Would go to Walgreens over any store any day. I will however drive the extra miles and spend the extra gas to go to another location. I brought my items to the register. Waited. Didn't complain. Was asked "how May I help you" because she wasn't near the register and didn't know I was ready. Extremely polite, no issues. Until the little mini stocking wouldn't ring up. I offered to get another. When I went to the shelf I grabbed another and realized it also had no barcode. Then I realized it's in a box of 3 packs. Someone had pulled them out of the wrapper. When I brought them back and explained this to the girl she gave me attitude and started talking under her breath as if I had done something. Ma'am. I don't need to steal 2.99. I know people in this world love to get over, but what sense would it make to take one for 2.99 and not all 3 for 2.99.
