They tell you to call ahead if you need the actual amount you were prescribed, too, but even if you do that, they still won't have it the next day. Every single month I have to spend an hour sitting in this dump waiting for them to fix the same mistake so I don't have to come back here every 12 days to get extremely small partial refills of NON-CONTROLLED substances. Most people only get one or two days off a week. You cannot expect them to waste a massive portion of their extremely limited time off waiting for you to correct your mistakes like this.

There is no leaving the counter to go to the shop to find a tech because of a lock door, no exit. Then first day there, all registers died, in the middle of my transaction. Second time next day no one was able to accept payment from a gift card but Joann from the customer service front desk. Joann was creative, cashed the gift card so I may pay cash and complete the transaction. To pick up vehicle was another wait at the front counter for a tech, when one arrived he said he had no cash and sent me to front customer service where Alex attempted to help. He was unable to transact an auto service at front took me back to auto center and when he was unable to complete transaction he called Coach Miguel which finally decided to take care of me by opening register drawer (had cash in it) refund the remaining and said he take care of paperwork later so I may leave store (took an hour to check out). Please be mindful and safe when on the road looking for bathrooms. On 5/24/26 around 4:40 p.m., we stopped at this location to use the bathroom and grab snacks. The first thing we noticed was that all outside trash cans around the building were over filling to the point were we couldn't throw our trash away. After this we went inside to use the bathroom. Due to the toilet paper rolls being on the outside of the container I grabbed it with my hand and only noticed the blood after I touched the roll. Unfortunately that is when i noticed blood on both sides of the roll that i was already touching. Knowing that the blood was there from drug/needle use. I left the stall i immediately started to wash my hands where there was hair all in the sinks. I was then told by another customer that there was blood drops all over the floor and toilet in the other stall. At this point I left the bathroom and notified the worker at the front. She was on her phone so it took me a few times of trying to get her attention before she seen i was there. This was a very trigger experience for me as I suffer from PTSD with drug abuse and needles but I fully believe this situation would be alarming for anyone with PTSD or not but it's completely unfair to put customers as risk because of the lack of cleanliness (which is obviously a pattern here) and attitude to customer care.

Yesterday I was prescribed a different one and Walmart pharmacy told me it was on back order and they couldn't get it for a week. Called Walgreens and they had it in stock and the pharmacist asst. stated that it was a very common drug and it was always in stock. I changed all my prescriptions over to Walgreens.
