This place…read moreis usually super busy, I have never waited less than a couple people in front of me, but the pharmacists and techs could not be more patient or helpful. Typically at less one person in front of me is in a rush or has an issue with something or frankly an attitude with the techs. Every time I have come, they have acted with patience and kindness and took all the time needed to make sure people understand the issues they may be having or the delay in their medications. And they always apologize to me if there has been a delay in my wait yime. Could not have better things to say about this location!

I also never post reviews because why waste the time. Then I also realized we no longer take the time telling people what a great job they are doing. We have been here four months and have had nothing but a very positive experience transferring, filling, and dealing with prescription issues. So much better service than I ever experienced in Indy. Yesterday I wanted to speak to the pharmacy to see if the approved medicine was in stock. I got stuck in the CVS phone tree nightmare. You can no longer speak directly to the pharmacy directly, you are supposed to leave a voicemail and they will contact you in a defined timeframe. I of course I didn't believe it, cursed at the phone and hung up. 1/2 hour later the phone rings and it is CVS stating that they had a call from this number and how could they help me. Now that is good customer service! They answered my question and filled my script within the hour. This is a top notch pharmacy! Thanks for making this transition easy. About a month ago, I was having an asthma flare and needed to be seen and get a prescription for steroids. I registered online an hour ahead of time. I got there at my allotted time slot. The NP said the other patients had been waiting over an hour and she would see them first, even though I registered online. I normally wouldn't have minded, but I felt pretty terrible and registering ahead was supposed to decrease wait time. 45 min later, I was seen. It took her 3 attempts to enter insurance info. And when I explained I needed steroids, she lectured me about how antibiotics and steroids would not help me bc I had a virus. I said I didn't want antbx. That my pulmonologist has sent me to be seen and get steroids. She lectured me about an asthma plan with my "pulmologist" without listening to me when I told her that this was the plan! She couldn't even pronounce pulmonologist!! Honestly, I'm a Mastered-prepared nurse as well. I'm an Anesthesia Nurse (CRNA). This NP was ridiculous!! This NP made us all (Advanced Practice Nurses) look bad. Truly, follow the cvs protocol as designed regarding which pt is seen next. Brush up on your education and treating requirements. And, last but not least, LISTEN to your patient instead of talking over them. At one point, she said, " tell me that again. I wasn't paying attention." Really? Maybe it's time for her to retire early!
