She is always thoughtful , kind, helpful and always advises if I do not use my points by a certain date if a applicable, I could receive a five dollar coupon to be used within two weeks and or items I could receive a discount on. My father was a supermarker manager in the 60s for Safeway and then Finest. in the 70s, he was a district manager for Finest. Gina exemplifies "Each" day, what an organization desires their team members to be. I grew up in the supermarket world working with my dad in my teenage years. I certainly know what life is working in the supermarket environment. I shop twice a week at Weis, and seeing her and having her check me out Is one of the highlights of my week. My thought here is that this was a Thrift Drug since you usually found them in a strip mall. Rite Aid swept in, gave it a makeover, and slapped their name on it. Even though the inside of this was newly remodeled it still had that feel that it is underutilized. You get that feeling because of the lack of items available on the shelves and in the coolers. I browsed for a bit, picked up a few items, and made my way to the counter. There was a minimal wait until a staff member who was performing two jobs in one came to the counter to ring me out.
