I agree with Matt R--Walmart is Walmart. You will have the typical Walmart experience no matter…read morewhat the location. But the Walmart 1-star experience for me is often due to its customers, not the employees. Walmart is not my go-to when it comes to shopping but I stopped at Walmart today to pick up colored pencils and drawing paper. Do Walmart shoppers know that "shopping cart corrals" are for returning shopping carts? Walmart shoppers are some of the worst for cart abandonment--leaving carts anywhere and everywhere in the lot. Although these shoppers have just walked through a 180,000 square foot store, they will not walk another few feet and put the cart they "borrowed" where it belongs. Instead, they will abandon the cart and leave it with no consideration to others that it may roll into another car or obstruct open parking spaces. No excuses--if it's raining, you will not melt, so return your cart. If you have kids, park closer to a corral. And if parked in the handicap space and have borrowed one of the store's motorized shopping carts, you did have the ability to walk up to the store entrance to borrow it--now ride it back to the store entrance and put it back where you found it. Again, no excuses. Cart abandoners--your mother does not live at the Walmart! Did she not teach you to pick you after yourself? Walmart shoppers also don't seem to know the use of the garbage cans. I walked by a parking space today with dirty diapers discarded on the pavement. Two spaces up--it was discarded with fast food bags and big gulp cups. I stopped and asked the employee collecting carts when leaving, what was the percentage of carts collected from the cart corral compared to the abandoned carts. Percentage of abandoned is close to 75%! Walmart could help with the issue by having more shopping cart corrals--knowing that their customers will not walk more than 3 to 4 cars to return a cart. And yes, cart abandoners, that means there will be fewer parking spaces near the entrance, and you will need to walk a few extra feet. But since according to Forbes magazine, as Americans we live in the #1 most obese country for high-income countries, the few extra steps may have a positive impact. Other option is that Walmart adopt the Aldi way--a quarter will unlock a cart. When you return the cart, you get your quarter back.

I'm standing in my kitchen where my ring camera is on the front door. They said they tried to deliver couldn't and took it back to the store and canceled my order. Nobody came to my door. I won't be ordering from them again. At least Kroger delivers when they're supposed to.

I still like Dr Smith, but due to the blistering incompetence of his staff, I have been out of blood pressure medicine for over 1 month. I will be transferring to anyone BUT Trihealth. May 7. I see Dr Smith and receive a new prescription. I recently switched to health insurance companies and find they only pay for Walgreens. May 10, new prescriptions picked up. I message MyChart and ask ALL prescriptions be resent to Walgreens on Glendale Milford Road. LPN Nicole says they will resend the refill request to Dr Smith. Nothing happens. No prescriptions transferred. Out of blood pressure medicine. May 16, "Would it be possible to send all existing prescriptions to the Walgreens on Glendale Milford road?" LPN Ashly, "We have changed that in our system and all future appointments will go to the Walgreen's on Glendale Milford Road." My request was very specific. And it was ignored. Still no meds. May 20, Reply to LPN Ashley "Please resend all existing prescriptions to Glendale Milford Walgreens. I am out of blood pressure medicine." No response. No prescriptions at Walgreens. Still no blood pressure medicine. May 31, "I have been out of blood pressure medicine for one month because the pharmacy has never received the prescriptions. Specifically, resend (med1), (med2) and (med3)." Nicole LPN replies "Dr. Smith sent a 6 month supply of (med1) on 5/20/24 to the Walgreens on Glendale Milford Rd. I will have him refill the (med2) and (med3) as well." June 1, Reply to Nicole LPN "With respect, this is the fourth time I've heard that in the last month. (Three messages and phone call.) Please contact me AFTER you've sent the prescriptions. I genuinely like Dr Smith, but I need a practice who will fulfill the simplest of tasks. If Trihealth is unable to do this, my next request will be to transfer my records to a non-Trihealth organization." June 3, Ignoring my specific request, Pam Baird calls to say (med3) was at Walgreens. The other two prescriptions should be there shortly. June 5, Check walgreens. No prescriptions. No meds. Fuck Trihealth lackies. I know stopping blood pressure medicine cold turkey is bad. I know stopping depression medicine is even worse. Possible fatal. Would someone at my former doctors practice mention this to all the do-nothing LPNs?

Did not count change back to me just piled it in my hand. Turn to walk away and thought I should count my change. Advised girl shorted $5 and she said manager would have to go through a process to get me my money. Nathan appears irritated and disheveled not looking like an employee at all, tells me he reviewed the tape and she counted it twice so they were going to go with her. Go with her? Like it's a contest. I said I was short of $5 you're not going to help me and he said no. Being upset I strongly suggest it that they train employees to count back change to customers. He was insulted by that comment. No possibility that Nathan is a manager and I'm hoping that the manager that I've seen there before with the name David or maybe Donald reads this review. Was not happy when Nathan made a comment alluding to he didn't know what I did with the $5 when I turned away. Maybe some customer service training and how to count change back training would be a good idea at this location. I understand that everybody makes mistakes, and will live without the $5. But Nathan, do better. Try to show some professionalism in the workplace. Side note. Girl behind counter was professional and handled the situation nicely. No complaints about her other than the error.
