They don't think it is their job to do their jobs. They try to tell the patients that they have to contact the doctor when in the past that was the pharmacist role. I will tell my doctor I would rather be dead than work with people like them. They have such poor attitudes. They treat people like dirt and then play the victim. These are people that don't care how many people they harm. Just don't hurt their precious fragile feelings. If you ever do much as hurt their precious fragile feelings even though they have hurt your countless times, they will threaten to terminate the relationship. They can't live to the standard of behavior they set for their customers. Heartless. Cruel. Last year they refused to send my heart medication to another pharmacy. I had to explain to my doctor why I wasn't taking my medication for the last year. I told him it was because they didn't feel it was their job for me to get it. They have also made others errors that I was gracious enough to overlook. I am tried of being mistreated. Customers deserve better treatment.

He mentioned a discount card program that could help me get a better price. He told me what website to go through and walked me step by step through the process. Got my medication discounted. It was extremely beneficial to me. The next day I went to pick it up. Very pleasant experience. I was greeted and assisted. Zach actually took me to a private area to assist me I all the info necessary in administering my medication. He took his time, answering all my questions and gave me a step by step presentation. I've never ever had this type of pharmacist go out of their way for me like that. It's been unbelievable. I left there feeling like the only customer Zach had. Exceptional service. Exceptional experience and I will tell everyone I know that pharmacies like those back in the day, do still exist. I transferred my prescriptions from the big box stores to Davies. So glad I did. Most recently, needed a pill splitter and knew they'd have a good one. Not only did the staffer select one based on the size and type of pill, he checked with the pharmacist because he thought the medication came in the smaller size (no need to split). It is. Might seem a small thing, but I'm disabled, so any extra steps to do things are hard. Also, the front counter clerk was dressed for Halloween and looked fabulous. So nice to come into the store sad about health problems, and encounter two people who are so dedicated, helpful, and authentic. Thanks, Davies staff, for coming through for me (and I assume for others too) again.

Gas prices are always the best in the area, clean store, efficiently run, and I have never gotten bad food or seen drastically low levels of goods. I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I work in retail and if I did that to my customers I would be fired!

They did not mind at all taking time to get my question answered. (And yep, I had gotten bad info from my current pharmacy. I would have gotten sick!)
