I really wouldn't care much about that but I needed something and three workers saw me looking up and down the aisles but continued their own conversations and walked past. It was so evident I needed assistance and equally evident that they weren't engaged with me so it frankly felt awkward for me to interrupt them. Old decor is one thing, disengaged service is altogether different. By contrast, Rite Aid across the street was opposite in every way. It made me wonder why I haven't gone there in so long.

I pull up to the pick-up window , he sees me, and immediately grabs my prescription, i don't have to tell him my name first. Anne is also amazing & these two have always helped me with any medication issues I've had, from prior authorization, to calling the doctor if needed, to always finding a medication savings card when my insurance wouldn't cover something completely. They consistently exceed my expectations. The store staff are helpful as well, always kind & friendly. I've moved about 15 minutes away and I still make the drive to this location because of the customer experience. I can't recommend this store enough!

Photo gift tags on premium paper can no longer be picked up in store. We have to pay to have them shipped! Plus the quality isn't as good. (The card stock is cheaper and the color isn't as vivid.) I called Walgreens corporate and asked for someone to get back to me.....that was about two weeks ago. Like everything else nowadays, change isn't always a good thing and Customer service isn't what it used to be. Very very disappointing

They have it noted on my record, and there is a black label on receipts, however, REPEATEDLY, I get home and I cannot open the drug bottle! When I asked about this continued failure, the pharmacist just says, "It was a mistake." I am concerned that If they can't follow a simple directive, they will give me the wrong medication! Today, again, I drove all the way back to the pharmacy to get an EASY-OFF CAP !!! The tech who waited on me kept running his hands thru his somewhat DIRTY LONG HAIR, and not sanitizing his hands before waiting on me. When I informed the girl at…read morethe counter that I wanted to refer back to my physicians instructions against what she was telling me as I wanted to double check the dosage and ensure I was going to take it at the right time, she acted rude and put out. Plus, the info she provided regarding the medication was incorrect. I know this because I had just saw my specialist and had the instructions in writing. And, they seriously need training on customer service. You would think they would have more compassion and empathy working in a pharmacy.
