Terrible service at the Temple Street CVS in Framingham Mass. I have been there three times today and still no prescription which was waiting for me for the last three days. First time between 130 and 2 pm they were on a lunch break -- what retail store goes on a lunch break and does not have staff covering. Second trip to CVS at 6 pm and there were six cars in line for pharmacy pick up ahead of me and not moving at all. So I thought I won't wait here for 45 minutes, I'll come back later when it's less busy. I come back later at 7:45 PM and they have no electricity and cannot provide me my prescription. read more

This place keeps getting worse. Customer service really needs improvement. Today I was 4th in line at the pharmacy counter. Waiting to buy Sudafed. As soon as I get to the front of the line, the pharmacist decides to take the guy behind me in line. Apparently I'm not worthy of being assisted. Won't bother going to this store again ************************ Located in the abandoned plaza on Water Street at Edgell Road. The parking lot is kinda scary - mainly due to all the empty storefronts - yet all the cars parked in the lot. The aisles are not properly labeled. Making it difficult to find what you are looking for. I've only been in twice. The cashiers are a bit too friendly. No I don't want to chat about my purchases. read more

I just want to say I waited until the LAST day to be able to pick up my medication. And I get to the pharmacy and it is STILL. NOT. READY. This is not the first time this has happened. I purposely waited until my last day to pick up because I knew this would happen. Maybe if I wait until the last day, that should give them enough time to have my script ready. This is stupid. read more

It's a shady CVS, in an equally shady abandoned plaza. It feels like they are just waiting it out till the whole plaza is demolished. During the summer you can find people sitting on the ground outside, sometimes asking customers to buy them things, which is a testament to the feel of this area. I don't know how many people are employed here, but half the time I need to check-out I have to look around for a staff member. The employees are nice enough, but one of them smells like pot all the time. I personally prefer the CVS in Sudbury, but the one on Water St. is just more convenient. read more

My husband went to pick up a prescription for me. The lady at the pharmacy register, Minai, asked for his last name. He told her. She then asked for his last name again. He repeated it again and spelled it out. She again said, "last name." He repeated it again. Amazingly, she requested "last name" yet again. He told her again. A fifth time she said, "last name." At this point He said he was confused and was not sure what was going on. She did not respond. Finally, another lady working at the pharmacy comes over (unfortunately, we did not get her name). She has apparently heard my last name one of the five times and repeats it - and at this point Minai starts entering in the info to the computer - although she has still not acknowledged that my husband is even there. The other lady that came over starts aggressively asking what the problem is. He explains that he has been repeating my name to Minai with no response from her. She starts acting like he is causing a problem and rolls her eyes at him. Never once does Minai even speak to him to address this whole very odd situation. Neither Minai nor the other lady working in the pharmacy explains what is going on - the first is silent and the latter is accusing. He does eventually get the prescriptions for me - but without any explanation of what was going on. I don't think I have ever had such a poor customer service experience. I will never be going to this pharmacy again. read more

I have been coming to this store for years. The staff who work in the pharmacy are great! They know the customers and work very hard to meet your needs. The staff in the rest of the store have always been very helpful. I like going into this store and feel very welcome. They will be moving to another part of the plaza after the plaza has been renovated. I will definitely be following them there. Keep up the good work! read more

Very poor service. Prescriptions are never ready. Staff is extremely rude. Rarely answer their phone. Beware!!

Just had a terrible experience with customer service, apparently, 10 minutes is too long to spend in a store. I had already paid but I was in the store with my friends and girlfriend (who was looking for stuff to buy) . Now, I'm going to preface this with the lady at the cash registers is the older sister of someone who doesn't like my girlfriend, so I'm gonna assume this happened because of this reason. While we were just calmly deciding if my girlfriend wanted anything else she started asking why we were still there and saying we needed to leave because they "needed to get the kids out" (we're all around 16-17) and when I told her I had already paid she said "wellllll why are you still here?" To which she turned around and mumbled under her breath about how it was apparently a "great day to hang around CVS". Overall not worth the trip. read more

It has been two weeks and I am still waiting for my prescription. They had it and then needed authorization. Then they had the authorization and no prescription. This went on for two weeks and still nothing. How long does it take to count 30 pills? Everything is always in process. The staff is constantly changing. It would be nice if they smiled once in a while. read more

Sitting here once again, waiting while they make up prescriptions that were supposed to be ready. My family fills 11 prescriptions each month, and we spend a lot of $, and a lot of time here. Have to ask myself why. There is only one pharmacy assistant at the register, 5 people are in line, and 2 waiting for Consult. Two other pharmacy assistants have ducked behind the shelves of medicines, so they are safely out-of-sight. Contemplating the run-down displays, empty shelves and stained carpet as I wait to get life-sustaining medications. Is this the definition of hell??? read more

I love the people who work at the pharmacy, but they are understaffed and it is really difficult to get in touch with them by phone.

I have always been a fan of CVS. I would like to offer particular praise for the well-oiled machine which is the CVS pharmacy at 776 Water Street at Nobscot. We have worked with them for 20 years now, and their pharmaceutical staff have grown with the times. We most often update monthly prescriptions on our iPads and are notified that they are ready by phone text. The Nobscot CVS pharmacists seem to know each of us by name ... even on the phone. They are remarkably personable and professional. They work effectively with insurance offfices, doctors and hospitals behind the scenes on our behalf. Our children have a complex network of hospital and pharmaceutical contacts, and CVS pharmacists have resolved their issues for us whenever such occasions arise. The store is the same clean, convenient great service store we have come to expect from CVS with long hours and ample parking. Two thumbs way up!! read more

Used to adore this place but it has gone super downhill when the "old school" pharmacy staff left. Had been picking up mine and my family's prescriptions here for over 20 years and now will not be any further. Most unlikable about this CVS is the pharmacy staff, particularly a VERY unpleasant pharmacy tech named Sarah who has treated me and every one of her customers that I have seen her interact with as if they were a terrible inconvenience to her life, job and day. read more

I had a wonderful experience with a cashier by the name of Rosalyn (I believe). She was extremely helpful, polite, and lovely. She showed me several things I was looking for, and then waited on me at the cash register. My whole CVS trip was fabulous, from beginning to end. Bravo! read more

Pharmacy is very poor. Don't bother calling them, they will never answer the phone. It takes a long time for them to fill prescriptions. I just give up and show up in person so they will fill it right then. This was definitely the last time I'm ever using them. read more

This CVS is a hidden jewel in the most run down plaza in MA. I've been a regular for more than 10 years and have had a pleasant experience every time I've visited. I use the pharmacy often and everyone behind the counter knows my name....that's old school. Usually employees nowadays don't even look you in the eye let alone know your name and smile and crack jokes EVERY time they see you. Don't be thrown off by the store's surroundings (it looks like Baghdad), and check it out. read more
