Andrews Pharmacy packages all my mom's medications into time of day groups (just like PillPack) and delivers it to her. They are a joy to work with. I have spoken to the pharmacists and their accounting/billing, and they have a great combination of being good at their jobs and also being warm people. I had to call a number of people to change a credit card for my mom today, and I was actually looking forward to calling Andrews because they are so pleasant. Her medications have always been correct. They ha e responded very quickly anytime a medication has changed (eg after hospitalization) so I have confidence she's always getting the right pills at the right time. read more

For such a tiny store, they have a surprisingly good selection. It's so handy. However, I haven't found them the friendliest people in the world. Also, I went downstairs one time to look at the merchandise and they followed and stared at me like I was going to steal something. Andrews is a fantastic pharmacy with excellent customer service. It is rare to find a pharmacy/small business like this establishment nowadays. I needed a prescription that was going to be very expensive because of an issue with insurance. They helped me process a random coupon I found even though it wasn't for their pharmacy. They helped make it work. I was surprised that they spent the extra time to help me with this; I don't think the bigger pharmacies would have bothered. My kids' camp forces us to use Andrews Pharmacy for over-the-counter drugs. Andrews Pharmacy charges a markup for the drugs themselves relative to what I could buy them for locally, then they add a "packaging fee" and then they add a late fee of $25 if you are late in calling in your Tylenol prescription. Moreover, they don't allow returning customers to have an ongoing account, so every year we have to populate the entire form with the child's name and all of the other personal information. read more

They went above and beyond when I had to change the prescription and when my insurance changed. They said they would call me back at a certain time, and they did!
