After waiting more than a month, I went to Walgreens to pick it up, only to be told by a pharmacist that my insurance did not cover that specific type of medication and that they did not have it available. I was asked to wait while she looked into the situation. I waited for more than 30 minutes and then politely asked if she could contact a nearby CVS to see whether they had the medication in stock. After another 30+ minutes, I went back to ask about the status. Instead of receiving assistance, the pharmacist became extremely rude and started yelling at me, saying that no one at CVS was answering the phone and that she had already been helping me. The situation escalated, and I raised my voice as well. She then accused me of yelling at her and told me, "Go away!" I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from a healthcare professional dealing with a customer who had already been waiting more than a month for necessary medication. Fortunately, another pharmacist at the same Walgreens was extremely helpful. He was able to find an alternative medication for me right away and treated me with professionalism and respect. I later contacted the Walgreens manager and filed a complaint. I also suggested that management review the store's security footage to understand what happened. The manager apologized, which I appreciated. Walgreens in Needham: I hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide appropriate professional and customer-service training to this pharmacist. No customer should be treated this way, particularly when they are already dealing with the stress and frustration of obtaining their medication. First time I Uber-ed out there from a another town, but was delighted discovering they ship the must-be-refrigerated meds to me, over-night packed with cooling packs, so the bottle always arrived chilled, Amazing ! I only had to wait 10 minutes outside and five minutes inside. The people giving the shots were professional quick and pleasant. also they had the instant Covid tests in stock for $30. I haven't been able to find those anywhere. This pharmacy also makes herbal remedies and compounds. I'm going to try their sleep time vegetarian capsules that support sleep anxiety and stress. It is consistently stocked with all of my favorite snacks and drugstore items. The shelves are extremely neat and everything is so easy to find. The pharmacy technicians are so patient and are kind. Picking up your prescription here is a very smooth process. They also have a pharmacy drive-thru, which I have not used, but is pretty cool nonetheless! Getting into the location is a little tricky off W-Central Street but it's doable. Love the location!

Randomly chose this pharmacy because we thought it was 24 hour pharmacy but misread that it was a 24 hour store but it does have a late pharmacy that closes at 10 PM! The pharmacist was so helpful, kind, and informative. This location seems to have medication that others don't carry! The pharmacist was really helpful in trying to find the medication they prescribed me and we actually ended up going back there again for something else the next day. Although this is further away from where I live, it's worth the drive. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves recognition for amazing service! He filled it right away and we were able to pick it up immediately and get home quickly. Thank you!
