God bless him. They had it ready. I paid for it on the phone and then I called my delivery service in Dayton Ohio Valley charge through Monday through Friday. They charge $41 to pick up anything average because the hospitals used in doctors office of blood banks and everything for pick up and delivery and I said sure. Yes we'll go pick up your wheelchair and we'll deliver it to you right where you're at and I tell you what I had people shaking my hands and wish me good luck and I said I'm checking myself out in a wheelchair and my Uber drivers are gonna be here before 8 o'clock to pick me up and I'll be ready to go. I'm gonna get myself but I have my assistant. Her name was a wonderful person and she came in like five minutes after I woke up I said would you go find my wheelchair it was supposed to be delivered in my room and it's not. I said go find it because I have. I'm going home. She's no I said yes because I'm tired of waiting every morning for five hours for my gabapentin medication for my pain in my legs and I can't take it anymore and they haven't even got me out of bed to rehab to help me wall so I had so much water retention on my feet. I felt like I was walking on pillows a cushions and but I said they're not helping me and I'm tired of being in pain and having a short staff, they got one person taking care of a 10 people and that's why I had to wait five hours every morning and laying there in pain for five hours before I got the medication so she went and found my wheelchair.

When I approached the counter, the cashier--Susan--did not greet me. It almost felt like that she was annoyed having to help me. I let her know I was there to pick up photos, and she simply asked, "Last name?" I provided my hyphenated last name and explained that it might be listed under both parts to avoid confusion. She was dismissive and repeatedly told me she didn't want my first name, even though I had clearly stated that it was a hyphenated last name. She eventually handed me part of my order. When I mentioned there should also be a large print included, she rolled her eyes before retrieving it. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. To be honest, I think I'll be avoiding this location in the future.

The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love…read morethe employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.

I called at 6:31p and after a few minutes got through to a pharmacy. they told me it was not ready they were working on it. I said ok i'll give you a couple minutes snd head there. so put on my gist and boots, started my car and grabbed my mail. I got held up a few minutes by a train. normal hazard in Carlisle. I got to CVS at 7:06p and was told by a voice behind the shelves that they were closed. The worst pharmacy I've ever been too and I look forward to a vacant building soon.

This is the only 24 hour CVS pharmacy within 45 minutes of our home. When I asked why they can't fill it, he became even more argumentative and actually hung up on me. As a healthcare provider myself, I was left in shock. No wonder my patients tell me how much they hate CVS. Looks like we're switching to Walgreens again!
