Tried to do a return and only one person was working the counter with a line of 14 people during a weekday midday. She was rude and slow. Really, really, terrible customer service! Yesterday's visit was no better. 40 minutes to pick up a curbside order. I had to go inside. All employees ignored me, one asked me to move out of the way, and none of them offered to help except the masked Asian employee with the long hair who helped me with the pickup. There needs to be major traffic control. Cars honking, pedestrians walking in every direction, children screaming and running. People fighting. Only one way in and out. Saw a cart collector slam his trolley into a Jaguar and show no remorse when the driver got out. This location is a failure in all aspects.

Onto the general shopping experience, sams has good prices on items, especially their 18 pack organic pasture raised eggs for $5! Love the scan and go feature on the app. There's always enough parking and its nice and peaceful inside the warehouse compared to the chaos at the Costco across the street. Overall it is way more peaceful at sams. And you are not wasting 30 minutes looking for a parking spot like at Costco. Its like night and day.

I was…read morecalling around as one of my medications was out of stock and I decided to give this little gem a call. Mai picked up the phone, no prompts, nothing just an actual human being. That shocked me to begin with. Although she was out of stock she recommended calling my doctor and having them adjust the dosage as she had a different strength available. I did as she suggested and everything worked out! She even called to tell me she received the script from my doctor and I could come anytime. I showed up at 5:30pm as she closes at 6 and she said you must be Renee. I was like omg hey yes I am! The pharmacy is so cute and so private you don't feel uncomfortable like at other pharmacies. I honestly always feel judged whether it is from a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. Mai and I got to chatting about other medications I take and she said she would make sure they were stocked on the shelf for me. Wow! How great! I also let her know my troubles with CVS/Rite Aid and she agreed pharmacists shouldn't be interfering with what the doctors recommend. Love that! After a delightful few minutes, I was all checked out and ready to go and Mai offered me a drink! Like an actual drink which normally people would buy. I was like are you sure?? She was like yes please be my guest and she even walked me to the door. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had in a pharmacy if not just in general!
