The store is always clean and organized. Everything is usually in stock (depending on the COVID situation when it comes to cleaning products but that's every where). I really have no complaints about this particular CVS. I only gave 4 stars because prices tend to be a bit high on certain things that I know are normally cheaper elsewhere. But that's typical for all CVS locations. There's plenty of parking and it's convenient for the location.

It must be hard in some ways to compete with huge chain stores, but what you get with a smaller independently owned pharmacy is a uniquely personal touch. When you call or come into the store, they know you and ask about your family. When they have had a family misfortune or loss, your caring and concern is returned to them because they have become not only essential service providers, but friends that you care about. Customer service should be a priority, especially when a customer's money is involved. I believe Walgreens should invest in managers who are professional, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping customers. Based on my experience, this location failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. I sincerely hope Walgreens reviews the management at this store and takes steps to improve the customer experience so that others do not have to go through what I did.
